3 College Junior

Athletics: Students get very excited about mainly the football games

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Dining: We have A LOT of places to go around campus to go eat, whether it be a fancy restaurant or fast food

4 College Junior

Facilities: Our medical school is pretty new and tough to get into, it's supposed to be amazing

4 College Junior

Facilities: We have a lot of hyped up people in the clubs that are offered on campus. The energy is uplifting and nice

4 College Junior

Transportation: There's a shuttle from my apartment to campus every 15 minutes so I would say it's good

3 College Junior

Health & Safety: Personally I feel safe on my campus during the day but I prefer not to be alone at night

3 College Junior

Parking: The permits are very expensive and without one you will get a ticket.

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: It's not bad, I prefer it to living on campus. I have a shuttle from my apartment to campus

4 College Junior

Campus Strictness: If you park on campus without a decal then you are destined to get a parking ticket

3 College Junior

Campus Housing: It's not that special to be living in dorms, if anything I feel that they can be noisy. I prefer apartments

3 College Junior

Weather: If it's pouring outside then it's not that great having to wait for a bus with no shade to stand under

4 College Junior

Academics: I enjoy working with other people in the same major as me

3 College Junior

Academics: Depending on who you have as a professor, they care about your education

5 College Junior

Computers: We have macs and windows computers in our labs and I think they're fine

3 College Junior

Greek Life: I don't really see much of the Greek Life, except for the houses

3 College Junior

Nightlife: The parties on campus are not that bad and clubs are fun

4 College Freshman

Campus Strictness: Nothing much I could say.

3 College Freshman

Campus Housing: It gets the job done.

3 College Freshman

Drug Safety: Since I do not live on campus I don't really see a lot of the nightlife activities and parties that take place. I have seen things on social media such as drinking and some drugs such as marijuana. Our school seems to have a lot of affiliation with local bars that are popular among students.

College Freshman

Campus Housing: I do not live on campus; I commute 4 days a week. I actually live about 45-50 minutes from the campus so I'm able to cut college expenses by living at home and working. I do have friends that live in the dorms and from what I have seen the buildings and rooms are really nice and clean.

4 College Freshman

Health & Safety: Our university has it's own fire station and police department on campus which makes me feel very safe. There's also a service our university offers a golf cart service if you ever feel unsafe walking to a class by yourself or your car at night. Someone will come pick you up from your location and take to where exactly you need to be. Although I have never used the health center, I know it offers a lot of services such as flu shots and birth control which I think is very important on college campuses.

Greek Life: Greek life at the University of Central Florida is rather large. Since we do have the second largest university we have a little more than half of our students involved in the Greek organizations. I have found that unfortunately a lot of the members of fraternities and sororities are rather rude and not welcoming. I think they try to override their partying lifestyles by doing service work for our community. I do hope their service and goodwill comes from their heart and don't find it to be a burden.

5 College Freshman

Athletics: Our athletic program has really taken off ever since our win at the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl. Our football program has never really had any recognition until now. It really makes our students come together and be proud to be Knights.

3 College Freshman

Computers: I have not really used a lot of the computer services on campus. The wi-fi at my school is not good at all.

4 College Freshman

Health & Safety: Great security at my school

UCF is growing by leaps and bounds. The students love to hang out, and they all know how to have a good time. There’s so much to do and there’s something for everyone. Do you really need any more reasons to go to college in Florida?

Orlando is an exciting city with tons of attractions and activities available to all. In many ways, going to school at UCF resembles a four-year vacation (Disney on Sunday, classes on Monday!). Downtown Orlando on a Friday night can, at times, seem like Mardi Gras, and City Walk on a Saturday night isn’t to be missed. Also, Floridians are welcoming and friendly and most students at UCF make friends quickly and easily. Friendly faces and sunny skies, what more could a college student ask for? The stellar academics, up-and-coming sports teams, and state-of-the-art facilities are reason enough to spend the next four years of your life at UCF; the city of Orlando is just one big fringe benefit. Come join us!
