Transportation: Shuttle Buses Are Best! Since UCF is a very large school, it can be very hectic to find parking spaces. Buses go from university apartments to school consistantly which saves you time from finding a parking spot but you also save gas money!

Diversity: i love how diverse our campus. there is all different backgrounds, races and beliefs but for the most the school is very cohesive and fun.

Overall Experience: Best Time of My Life – At first it was hard to get used to the college lifestyle but then I found the best group of friends a person could ask for. Most of us have similar classes so we all study together and take classes together. Since college cant be all work and no play, we go to the beach and all hang out, and it works because we all have a lot in common.

Majors: I am still in the process of getting in the marketing program. You start off as pending marketing and have to apple to the college of business when you have earned the right amount of credits and have taken all the required pre-courses.

5 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: I love how friendly the people that attend this university are. Everyone is also very accepting.

College Sophomore

Campus Housing: Never Lived on Campus – Freshmen are not required to live on campus and so I have never had to.

4 College Senior

Facilities: Life After College – My university has a bunch of great ways to help out alumni and preparing students for the real world experiences. Alumni can come back to campus and get help with resumes, interviewing, discounts on graduate school tests like the GRE, MCAT and LSAT and most other tests. When it comes to preparing for graduation there are workshops almost every week on graduate programs, interviewing process, how to be the most successful, also there are many internship and externship opportunities including 3 well known at the end of each semester.

Parking: No Where to Go – Finding parking spots on campus is tough. The only time you will find a quick parking spot is if you have a class either have to have class really early or really late. I'd rather take the shuttle to school.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Strictness: School Rules – The policies on campus are not unreasonable and for the most part do not hinder students from enjoying the whole college experience. Just make sure you don't try to cheat on anything regarding your classes, you will get caught.

3 College Senior

Parking: Driving to Campus – Parking on campus can be a pain if you try to park in the garages and parking lots closest to the main entrances to campus. If you get to campus before 9:00a there is room in all of the garages. When you get a parking ticket on campus there no warning just a pretty pricey ticket that you can refute but you will probably still have to pay it. The new parking garage is making parking much better in recent months as well as the shuttles from most of the nearby housing communities.

Weather: Its central Florida we often have great weather which in turn makes campus life great

Facilities: Just Amazing – here is not much bad to say about the facilities they are wonderful and have the most up to date equipment .

5 College Junior

Diversity: This school.is filled with diversity, I am thankful to go to a school where I can learn so many other cultures.

Computers: If they they are good.but could be better ans have more.optionfor students

Majors: Psychology at UCF seems to have a great program and there's a lot of opportunities to help psych students who are graduating/looking for jobs and counseling throughout the years. I'm not sure about my actual profession which is the only reason why I'd drop the psychology major.

Off-Campus Dining: So Manyyyyy Restaurants – UCF has a ton of restaurants near campus. Whether it's at the town center down the road or right on university boulevard, you can find a great variety of options. fine dining to fast food. it's all in a close range.

Campus Housing: The housing at UCF is good. The pricing is a bit high but the dorms are nice. The upperclassmen dorms are the best to have in the middle of campus.

3 College Junior

Parking: Parking is good most days but it can get full quick. If you don't get here early enough for classes, you could miss the start of your class due to finding a parking space.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: Its Wonderful – I would have to say that ourschool is very lively, all year long. From football season to basketball season. There are things to do. It is very easy and welcoming to get help from peers and i love that about the environment here. If i were to choose to go here again and do it all over i would. But we never have enough time in the day to do everything!

Drug Safety: Recently the school is trying to pass through the SGA that drinking ne banned during on school events. But smoking has been a major priority for students. But the SGA is also trying to pass another bill to have a smoke free campus.

Majors: Interdisciplinary Studies – Aka liberal arts. It's probably the best major to pick if you are unsure about what you want to do. It gives you the opportunity to explore many areas.

Majors: Ucf has a plethora of majors. I changed my major three times and am still able to graduate early. There are so many opportunities here.

UCF is growing by leaps and bounds. The students love to hang out, and they all know how to have a good time. There’s so much to do and there’s something for everyone. Do you really need any more reasons to go to college in Florida?

Orlando is an exciting city with tons of attractions and activities available to all. In many ways, going to school at UCF resembles a four-year vacation (Disney on Sunday, classes on Monday!). Downtown Orlando on a Friday night can, at times, seem like Mardi Gras, and City Walk on a Saturday night isn’t to be missed. Also, Floridians are welcoming and friendly and most students at UCF make friends quickly and easily. Friendly faces and sunny skies, what more could a college student ask for? The stellar academics, up-and-coming sports teams, and state-of-the-art facilities are reason enough to spend the next four years of your life at UCF; the city of Orlando is just one big fringe benefit. Come join us!
