Guys & Girls: The Crowd! Everybody is very unique with their style but no matter how casual, everybody looks really good and comfortable in their skin.

4 College Junior

Campus Dining: Good Quality – It is definitely the best dining I have had at a university.

3 College Junior

Parking: Hard to Find! Parking permits are not expensive but it is hard to find parking spots in the most convenient locations on campus such as by the gym and library. Arriving in the morning makes it easiest to find a spot.

5 College Senior

Drug Safety: I Never See Drinking Problems – I feel like this will be different for every student, because different people hang out with different crowds. I surround myself with students from the gym, and most of the athletes I know do not drink or partake in anything like this. Since I do not fit into the "party scene", I don't really know many people in it either, so I feel like the alcohol visibility is very low and I feel zero peer pressure to drink. As I said earlier, I don't surround myself with students who drink, therefore I never see it or am pressured, but I am sure there are students who do feel pressured if they are in that type of environment.

3 College Junior

Health & Safety: I wouldn't say that I feel "unsafe", but there are not as many emergency buttons as I have seen on other campuses. They could have more security.

4 College Senior

Facilities: Group Fitness Classes – I am a long-distance runner and an athlete myself and take pride in my own workouts. I do like to take the Fitness Classes at UCF, but sometimes the intensity level is not quite high enough. For the most part, though, I love the environment and the instructors are very motivational and outgoing! I like to take these classes to break up some of my running workouts and do something a little different, like the spinning classes or the boot camp classes. They help me work with others because I usually run and work out by myself. I also find great joy in motivating others, so I like to cheer my work out buddies along.

3 College Junior

Diversity: Pretty Diverse – UCF isn't all one race, it's pretty diverse! A lot of Hispanics, African Americans, Asians!

5 College Junior

Campus Housing: Rosen Housing – If you're majoring in hospitality management, the Rosen apartments are beautiful and fantastic!

5 College Junior

Weather: Sunshine State – Good thing once school starts the rainy season is over and then it's just sunshine the rest of the semester.

1 College Junior

Parking: You have to be super early, if not you missed a really good parking. Plus the campus is really big so a good spot really matters.

4 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: I feel very safe on campus, police services help me feel secure

4 College Sophomore

Computers: I've used there computers and printer, excellent quality

4 College Freshman

Academics: So Much Assistance – I am currently a Health Sciend Pre-Clinical major and I love it. At first I was a little hesistant with choosing that major just because it requires so much schooling, but after talking with some professors from that department and students that are actually in that major I feel a lot more comfortable.

4 College Freshman

Health & Safety: I have been living on this campus for almost a month now and not once have I felt unsafe. The UCF police department has their own building that is visible for most people to see--namely me since they are right behind my dorm building. Honestly, they are everywhere. They are constantly on the roads driving around making sure that everyone is doing what they are supposed to be doing. They are in every parking garage directing traffic. I am so happy to say that I am not worried for my safety on this campus.

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: Waterford Lakes Has It All. Dining around the UCF campus is divine. There are so many different choices to choose from that are both affordable and convenient. In the Waterford shopping center there are so many different resturants. My favorite is Macaronni Grill with California Pizza Kitchen and Panera near by. One night I will have so much studying to do that I just go to subway and grab myself a fresh hot sub, and other nights when I feel like going on a date and dressing up I will head over to Kobe Japanese Steakhouse.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I Love It Here! I am a new student to the university and I am nearing the end of my first semester. So far I have really enjoyed both my academic and socail experiences with UCF. I am a student athlete so my teachers understand and work with my schedule. The gym is absolutely amazing! There is no excuse to be unhealthy at this school when your gym is so big that it has an inside rock climbing wall. I would definitly reccomend this school. Once a Knight, always a Knight.

4 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: I Always Feel Safe. I never really feel unsafe on UCF's campus. There are lights all over and it doesn't have the atmosphere of a dangerous campus. I trust it so much as to go running at night around campus. Beware of the campus police though, they will pull you over for no reason at all. If you don't put yourself in dangerous situations, you have nothing to worry about.

3 College Sophomore

Academics: It Depends on What Your Major Is – A lot of schools think UCF is a joke, which I disagree with. One of my professors my first semester at UCF was the toughest teacher I've ever had but it was so rewarding at the end. The next semester I took an anthropology class and it was a breeze, I didn't even have to go to class. It all depends on what subjects you're taking. UCF is like all other schools where there are really dedicated professors, and some not so intense.

3 College Freshman

Drug Safety: Smoke Free – Ucf is going smoke free in the fall of 2012. That means no cigs

3 College Freshman

Weather: In the summer it rains a lot. I would recommend investing in an umbrella

4 College Junior

Campus Dining: Dining Hall – The UCF Dining Hall has many options and health alternatives for meals. There is a salad bar and a dessert bar, along with many options for the main course.

4 College Junior

Majors: Getting Into Health Science Major – The process of getting into the Health Science:Pre-clinical track major is alike with most other majors at UCF. You do not need to complete any additional questionnaires and you do not need to turn in any portfolios.

4 College Junior

Guys & Girls: I'm a fan of the guys at UCF. Most are good looking. ;)

4 College Junior

Facilities: I have never had a disappointing facility experience.

3 College Junior

Greek Life: I would rate the Greek life at UCF as only okay because I never hear too much about it.

UCF is growing by leaps and bounds. The students love to hang out, and they all know how to have a good time. There’s so much to do and there’s something for everyone. Do you really need any more reasons to go to college in Florida?

Orlando is an exciting city with tons of attractions and activities available to all. In many ways, going to school at UCF resembles a four-year vacation (Disney on Sunday, classes on Monday!). Downtown Orlando on a Friday night can, at times, seem like Mardi Gras, and City Walk on a Saturday night isn’t to be missed. Also, Floridians are welcoming and friendly and most students at UCF make friends quickly and easily. Friendly faces and sunny skies, what more could a college student ask for? The stellar academics, up-and-coming sports teams, and state-of-the-art facilities are reason enough to spend the next four years of your life at UCF; the city of Orlando is just one big fringe benefit. Come join us!
