3 College Junior

Campus Dining: There are a lot of places to dine on campus. For example there is a Whopper Bar and a Chick-fil-A. The school offers meal plans and has various dining locations.

1 College Senior

Parking: You can never find a parking spot on campus if you don't have late or early classes.

3 College Senior

Weather: It's hot in Florida so our wide-spread campus isn't the most convenient.

3 College Senior

Guys & Girls: It's really difficult to meet people on campus outside of classes.

5 College Junior

Drug Safety: The school is very strict on drug usage. They have a mandatory alcohol safety course that all incoming students have to take.

2 College Senior

Scholarships: It's impossible to get any scholarships for my major. There are so many stipulations to apply, and I just don't qualify.

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: There is a lot of off campus housing right off of campus. There are plenty of places to choose from and a variety of prices.

4 College Senior

Facilities: The athletic center is huge. There aren't really many green spaces. The Festival of Lights is awesome.

4 College Senior

Facilities: There are hundreds of clubs on campus. The only problem is finding the best one for you.

3 College Junior

Greek Life: Greek housing is located on a whole street dedicated to Greek Life. Different Greek houses are located on that area of campus.

2 College Senior

Nightlife: There aren't any places for "nightlife" activities on campus. You have to go elsewhere, and your options are very limited and typically shady.

3 College Senior

Health & Safety: Security isn't normally seen on campus unless there is a big event happening, such as a football game.

3 College Junior

Campus Housing: Campus housing is nice, very clean and well put together, but overall basically just average.

3 College Junior

Campus Dining: There are plenty of on campus options for dining, but nothing spectacular.

4 College Junior

Transportation: I really like the transportation options at UCF, it's easy to just hop on a shuttle bus to get to school instead of having to drive there yourself.

3 College Junior

Greek Life: Greek life is average on campus, it's not the greatest thing ever but it seems like those involved enjoy it very much and get a lot of rewarding relationships out of it.

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Dining: One thing I love about Orlando is the abundance of organic food options. There are plenty of grocery stores around the area that offer organic produce and some restaurants even have organic or all-natural options. It's lovely!

3 College Junior

Scholarships: UCF is very good at providing financial aid, however if you try to get an appointment during the first few days of class you might have to wait for a while.

3 College Junior

Campus Strictness: It's average in terms of strictness, but fair warning that the parking can be hell.

3 College Junior

Weather: Weather does not really affect the campus experience, but for commuters who travel to school via highways it can become a bit dangerous.

3 College Junior

Athletics: Athletics at UCF are very important- whether it's rooting on the sports teams or making sure you can work out at a clean and safe gym environment, there's always something there that is available to everyone.

College Junior

Nightlife: I personally have not seen much of the nightlife myself in regards to bars or clubs, but wherever I have been has been hospitable and convenient, with plenty of opportunities for fun.

3 College Junior

Diversity: There will always be people who struggle with hate in their hearts, but overall UCF seems like a truly acceptable community; whether it's a religious, ethnic, political, or personal persuasions, there are always others there to support them.

3 College Junior

Computers: I have not visited many computers available on campus, but whenever I bring my own I am always able to connect to the Wifi and download things are a good rate.

4 College Junior

Local Atmosphere: I really enjoy the atmosphere around campus, there is always something going on or a place to be. Lots of fun, food, and friendly people.

UCF is growing by leaps and bounds. The students love to hang out, and they all know how to have a good time. There’s so much to do and there’s something for everyone. Do you really need any more reasons to go to college in Florida?

Orlando is an exciting city with tons of attractions and activities available to all. In many ways, going to school at UCF resembles a four-year vacation (Disney on Sunday, classes on Monday!). Downtown Orlando on a Friday night can, at times, seem like Mardi Gras, and City Walk on a Saturday night isn’t to be missed. Also, Floridians are welcoming and friendly and most students at UCF make friends quickly and easily. Friendly faces and sunny skies, what more could a college student ask for? The stellar academics, up-and-coming sports teams, and state-of-the-art facilities are reason enough to spend the next four years of your life at UCF; the city of Orlando is just one big fringe benefit. Come join us!
