4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: Most off-campushousing is close to campus and offer transportation. As well as other helpful resources.

3 College Freshman

Scholarships: Financial Aid is a confusing process. Sometimes it isn't the school's fault.

2 College Freshman

Campus Dining: Too expensive for the quality of food provided. The cleanness is awful!

5 College Freshman

Facilities: Everything is convent and easy access to all research facilities on campus.

3 College Freshman

Facilities: There's a lot of professors with heavy accents.

4 College Freshman

Campus Housing: I haven't been to over half the buildings on campus but the ones I have been in are relatively great. Plus we just built new buildings so campus is just going to get better

4 College Freshman

Health & Safety: UCF offers SEPS which helps with walking alone avoidance

5 College Freshman

Athletics: So many sports that students can be involved in

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: There's then enough off-campus eating spots

5 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: great selection of off-campus dining at affordable prices. very convenient locations near campus.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Strictness: the school policies are typical and regularly enforced. i dont live on campus, so i wouldnt be able to say anything about dorm life

4 College Sophomore

Campus Dining: lots of options are available and affordable to all students.

5 College Sophomore

Academics: i picked aerospace engineering because of the challenge. being a female makes it that much more of a challenge, as there are not many in the field. everyone has been very welcoming and helpful!

3 College Sophomore

Academics: most teachers are great, a few have no interest in the subject they are teaching and are simply miserable. as most students can tell you, dealing with the mathematics department heads is not something you want to go thru! ridiculous that certain prereqs dont get transferred, and overall an absolute nightmare to try to get anything done or resolved!!

5 College Sophomore

Diversity: the on-campus diversity is excellent. individuals are well represented on every level. surprising for a college in the south.

3 College Sophomore

Weather: It rains alot in florida, and the classes are pretty spread out with no covered walkways between them.

5 College Sophomore

Computers: computer labs are always available and updated, access to free software is wonderful. wireless network is slow on personal devices, though.

5 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: well worth the space and drive to class! many options to choose from.

1 College Sophomore

Parking: parking situation sucks unless you want to walk more than a mile to class. tickets are outrages, almost the full cost of parking for a semester.

3 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: no real presence, but the feeling of security is still there. Emergency text service helps keep us up to date.

4 College Sophomore

Athletics: The athletics are great and how endowed our school with a sense of community, while still allowing individual focus on academics.

3 College Freshman

Facilities: you could only use facilities when they said you can

3 College Freshman

Facilities: campus life and opportunities were not very interesting

4 College Senior

Guys & Girls: There are some beautiful people at UCF. A lot of people seem to slack off, but they sure do love to party.

Computers: The computer labs are great. There are many computers in the library, but these fill up quickly during busy campus times. There is free printing and high tech equipment, but the wifi is poor.

UCF is growing by leaps and bounds. The students love to hang out, and they all know how to have a good time. There’s so much to do and there’s something for everyone. Do you really need any more reasons to go to college in Florida?

Orlando is an exciting city with tons of attractions and activities available to all. In many ways, going to school at UCF resembles a four-year vacation (Disney on Sunday, classes on Monday!). Downtown Orlando on a Friday night can, at times, seem like Mardi Gras, and City Walk on a Saturday night isn’t to be missed. Also, Floridians are welcoming and friendly and most students at UCF make friends quickly and easily. Friendly faces and sunny skies, what more could a college student ask for? The stellar academics, up-and-coming sports teams, and state-of-the-art facilities are reason enough to spend the next four years of your life at UCF; the city of Orlando is just one big fringe benefit. Come join us!
