3 College Sophomore

Scholarships: If you're not below the poverty line, you'll be hard-pressed to find scholarships that you qualify for.

3 College Junior

Scholarships: They usually know that a lot of people need money, but the process is such a pain, and they send probably a grand total of one reminder about the FAFSA deadline and nothing else.. They call your parents once for any missing information but do not try to contact you directly about anything until the final deadlines have passed and rewards are distributed.

4 College Sophomore

Scholarships: The college is generous with grants for students of low income. The online checklist and access to view the financial aid process was also helpful.

3 College Sophomore

Scholarships: Money is a big issue, and they know it too so they try to help us, but it isn't the smoothest process.

4 College Sophomore

Scholarships: Inevitably I needed to take out loans but mostly just the federal subsidized loans and most of the cost is covered by grants. The process is quick and easy.
