3 College Freshman

Greek Life: UBC is home to a small but vibrant Greek life consisting of Fraternities and Sororities.

2 College Freshman

Greek Life: I do not know too much about it, but I heard bad things about it. I had a friend who dropped out of school because of it.

3 College Freshman

Greek Life: Greek life is not a huge part of campus but it is growing!

3 College Sophomore

Greek Life: Not super into it, I have some friends that love it though, it can be good for making friends.

2 College Freshman

Greek Life: Greek life is seen as only being there for the parties they throw and compared to the school's size, not many people are in a fraternity. Frat parties are only fun if you go there wasted.

Greek life in UBC is what a student makes of it. Students are aware that Greek life exists, but fraternities and sororities certainly do not dominate the campus. The Greek Village is located in a section of the campus where most Greek activity resides. Most non-Greek students know the fraternities and sororities for their occasional parties, usually thrown in their houses and sometimes in outside venues. Though there are a number of Greek-organized community events and Greek teams can often be seen in REC activities, without further investigation, one can be totally oblivious to Greek activity. Most fraternities and sororities have their own houses within the Greek Village, which provide housing for many of their active members at lower rates compared to other housing around campus.
