5 College Freshman

Academic Experience: You do learn alot of things in any major that you choose at this school. Almost everyone who attends UAT are "nerds" and because of that, most of the curriculum is based around things that interest us such as superheros and computers.

Academic Experience: Along with my previous statement, the curriculum is evenly varied between each class and there is appropriate learning going on in every class.

5 College Freshman

Academic Flexibility: I go online, so it is very convenient for me.

4 College Freshman

Online Courses: Some classes are very easy while others are extremely difficult due to the certain amount of self-teaching that has to go on for you to excel. Professors and other students are very responsive and most of the time, there is no problem grouping up on a project.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Everything is laid out, and you can make a payment or see your current statement on their website at anytime of the day. If you ever have any questions, a quick email to the financial aid office and it's answered within the hour.

4 College Freshman

Student Body: Many people that come to this school have the same interests and like to do alot of the same things which help us communicate with each other in a clearer way.

4 College Freshman

Career Services: Everyone is very helpful and attentive with any questions I may have.

3 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: I wish it was cheaper to go here, as it is more of a technical school than a real university.

Student Body: The average student is dumb, unmotivated, lazy, and useless to a person like me.

3 College Sophomore

Facilities: The school focuses on student-run projects instead of the school's own curriculum.

3 College Sophomore

Career Services: The school's reputation has lagged these past few years, so it is not as great as it once was.

College Sophomore

Online Courses: I am not taking any of the online courses given by my school.

College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility: I did not transfer in any credits, so this does not apply to me.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: There are many in the same degree who will pass, but will not deserve to, devaluing my degree.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: I wish it were harder to attend here, as the weed out undesirables.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: There are occasional issues with the internet, but these never last long.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: On campus there is everything I need to create games which will aid my portfolio.

College Freshman

Career Services: I have not graduated yet and am not aware of the current options for post-grad.

3 College Freshman

Tuition & Financial Aid: The school quite honestly is expensive; however, you can easily get your moneys worth out of it if you truly apply yourself to all of the opportunities that coming here creates.

Students come to learn a lot at UAT. They may start with little to no knowledge about their field of study, but by becoming students, they soon learn the realities (both harsh and enlightening) of the industry and field, and what is expected of them over the years spent studying at UAT. Through the help of peers, professors, and project work, students come to expect great things in their future. What makes the school unique is the experience. For every major, the professors follow a rule of thumb: the student will always learn more when exposed directly to his or her work. When the students start to strictly apply themselves and do it over and over and over again, they learn more.

As only one part of the learning process, the professors at UAT allow students freedom and allow them to directly experience the discovery for themselves. One thing the school lacks is sports and events that take place on campus. UAT needs more events to encourage the students to get outside of their dorm rooms a little more. Other than that, the school has a great atmosphere to do what the mission statement says: "Learn, Experience, Innovate."
