4 College Junior

Health & Safety: We have public safety to take care of most crime

5 College Freshman

Health & Safety: Unlike most schools, we don't lock the dorms unless its curfew hours, because there is never an issue with thievery or other crimes. In fact most of us leave our doors open unless both roommates are out, but even then we have the entire floor working together and keeping an eye out for each other. Even walking into town feels completely safe, that is unless you're easily scared and have some evil friends that think its funny to hide in the tall grass when coming back from the movie theater, but that's not a safety issue, just a pain in the butt, heart attack moment.

3 College Freshman

Health & Safety: There is a school health center and a town pharmacy but that is all. Closest hospital is and 30 minute drive.

3 College Freshman

Health & Safety: Walk in hours are inconvenient and making an appointment can be a hassle over email. This problem is more with the whole campus than just health center because emails are not checked regularly enough here by staff members

5 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: Safe, Check – Unity has a very good campus safety. there are call boxes on every dorm along with a direct line if you need anything. The college is very community based and is also in a small community in central maine so you do not have any of that scary city stuff. I have never really thought i was unsafe.
