Online Courses: The courses are pretty good the only thing that i'd suggest they work on is uploading assignments and resources on time.

Student Body: The students are actually very helpful and nice. They help you if you need help. I was lost and i just asked a student to help me and she showed me my classes. there are alot of very smart students, they will succeed in whatever they do.

Facilities: My College is pretty average, its a native american cllege so there isnt a wholw lot of funding. They try hard to make it nice for the students. Some things like technology could be better.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I feel as if I am receiving the full value of the education that I am paying for. The people that work in the financial aid department are great and are very willing to help you in any way that they can to get you financial aid. I only have two complaints about the tuition or the money that I am paying to the school is that we have to pay for books that are only on loan and we do not get reimbursed even a partial amount when returning the books. Also if we do not return the books (which we have paid for) we are unable to get our grades at the end of the semester. The other complaint I have about what we are paying for is that we have to pay for room and board when there is no room and board at my college. There are no dorms or housing of any kind on campus and I feel like I should not have to pay for that when I am not living there or couldn't live there if I wanted/needed to.

Student Body: The student body at my college is diverse. We have students and instructors at my college that come from many different backgrounds and cultures. They come from many different states even. At first I thought it was really weird that so many people from other places would come to a small community college in a very rural area. Now I think that they, like me, like that the college is smaller and they have more one on one student/teacher interaction. I also get to meet and learn about people from other areas and what their cultures are like.

Academic Flexibility: I really like that the classes are flexible and I can get most of the classes that I need during the day when my child is in school. This helps me a lot knowing that I can be in class while she is in school and I don't have to worry about the extra expenses of finding a babysitter to watch her while I go to class as a full time student.

4 College Sophomore

Online Courses: I think that the online courses that my college has to offer are great. The instructors are great and easy to get a hold of if you need them. I personally don't like taking online courses because I am more of a hands on learner and like the idea of actually going to sit in a classroom.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: If I could do it all over again, I would choose to go to my college again. The teacher to student ratio is excellent, the tutoring and student services are excellent, and so far it has been a really great experience. I also like that it is a community college and I am so close to home and family, which is great for me and my child.

Campus Resources: I would have to say that there are some really good resources on my campus but then again some of the others are almost non-existent. There isn't much for sports at my school. They offer basketball for both men and women and that is about it. There aren't many campus activities either. On the other hand, there are some really great people that work in our student center and other places on campus that students can go to get additional help or almost anything they need.

Campus Resources: The computer network at my school isn't always reliable. I live and go to school in a very rural area and I know that could be a factor in the unreliable network. The guys that work in the IT department work very hard in trying to keep the internet up and running and working as smoothly as possible. I feel like my college is very lucky to have the people in the IT department working for them because they do a really great job.

4 College Sophomore

Facilities: I love that my school has a lot of classes and a lot to do with the Native American Culture. I like this because I am Native American and in taking some of the Native based classes I am learning a lot that I didn't know about my culture and about myself. I also really like that my college isn't a big university. It is a community college and there are fewer students so there is a lot more one on one student/teacher interaction.

3 College Sophomore

Career Services: I'm not really sure about the job prospects or alumni network or even the career center. I am not really sure what my college has to offer in these area.

4 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: My thoughts is they need to sit down with students to help

Student Body: The student body is awesome they do a good job at keeping all the students happy and make sure that all the students participate in everything.

4 College Sophomore

Career Services: I will go to the career office and see where I can be able to find a job or look in the listing I'm sure I wouldn't have trouble because around our community we need a lot of teachers

5 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: I love the turtle mountain community college it is a great school to attend

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: My major is bachelor's in elementary education it unique because I don't have to do another two years at another school I could get I t all done in four years and not have to switch I am doing pretty good.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: I like all the programs I was surprised that I got to do my four years at the college. I wish I could get more involved with the student Senate and president but I just don't have enough time

2 College Sophomore

Online Courses: I take children's literature online and it is harder than it would be in the classroom. I was nervous about taking it online but I feel more comfortable taking it online than in the classroom. I like though because you always have time to get on the computer and get it done.

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: The computer networks are average at our school. Some days there a little slow but most are okay. We have computers and printers everywhere, someone can always find a computer no matter what.

College Junior

Career Services: I believe that Turtle Mountain doesn't have a Career Services set up yet. If they do, I have not ever heard of it.
