Interviews & Information Sessions
Call the admissions office at (800) 892-7792 (from Missouri) or (660) 785-4114 (out of state) between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Central) Monday through Friday.
Campus Tours
Each tour is set up individually to suit a prospective student's needs. Tours are available from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday and on select Saturdays August through November and February through May. There are also several formal visit days, including Saturdays in January, March, and April. Go to admissions.truman.edu/visit or call the admissions office to reserve a spot. Tours are conducted by Truman's all-volunteer group of student ambassadors.
Overnight Visits
Talk to an admissions counselor if you are interested in spending a night with a student who has similar social and academic interests as you. You can attend classes with your host, or you can tag along with one of their friends if he or she has a course you are more interested in. Entire floors often join in the fun of learning about a prospective student. If you decide to spend a night on campus, ask your host to introduce you to floormates and friends. Students are generally very welcoming, if only because you are much more entertaining than their homework.
