3 College Freshman

Health & Safety: The health center is great, especially the mental health counseling. The mental health counselor truly cares a out the students and is constantly holding events for students to attend on many important issues, like study tips, how to handle stress, private appointments, how to succeed in test-taking, etc. I do feel unsafe walking alone off campus, particularly at night, but this is the nature of the area the school is in, and they are great about it because they supply us with resources such as security escorts.

Local Atmosphere: There are many historic places and attractions to visit (the Apollo Theater is right across the street! ) and the nightlife and dining is excellent since we are in one of the most diverse places on Earth: New York City! The shopping is amazing too, with plenty of stores and options for everyone.

5 College Freshman

Drug Safety: There is no obvious drug use and over-the-top drinking, nor is there any type of peer pressure about it whatsoever. We are all adults and we like to go out for a drink when our studies allow for it! But if you don't drink, that's totally fine! We are such a great and friendly group of people that it wouldn't matter.

3 College Freshman

Majors: I love my major and am very excited about it, but the performance of the students on national licensing seems to be an issue.

3 College Freshman

Majors: It's not easy. It's never easy, it's pharmacy. But the process for admission was actually pleasant. The faculty and staff aremso friendly and approachable and made each interviewee feel at ease. The best tip is to keep the nervousness at a minimum so it doesn't interfere with your performance and to really be friendly, happy, and yourself.

3 College Freshman

Parking: It's ok if you don't mind spending $9 dollars everyday to park your car in a garage because street parking is hard and the safety of parking a few blocks away from the school starts becoming questionable.

2 College Freshman

Campus Housing: Being that it's NYC pricing is horrendous. Extremely high for very low square footage.

5 College Freshman

Nightlife: There are endless lists of places to go party. We're in NEW YORK CITY!!!

4 College Freshman

Diversity: He do have a good diversity in the population of the school.

3 College Freshman

Campus Dining: There are very limited options. There is one vending machine that supplies prepacked kosher lunches but it doesn't taste so great in my opinion. Almosg everyone goes off campus to buy lunch, or bring their own from home.

2 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: I only give it a 2 star rating because we are in Manhattan. I think that's enough to understand. Prices are extremely high and the square footage for those prices is very unimpressive. But again, it's Manhattan. Public transportation is excellent. It's no use having a car whatsoever.

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: They are great! There are many places and variety of foods to choose from. The optio lns for organic/vegetarian are more average, but overall the food options are plentiful.

1 College Freshman

Athletics: There are no varsity sports or teams. There are small groups of students who come together to play sports, but it is moreof a personal matter than a college event.

1 College Freshman

Greek Life: There is barely any Greek life at all. It is extremely low key and it makes no difference, as a student, wether you join or not.

3 College Sophomore

Computers: Techs are worthless. They have multiple computer labs. They give you $30 free to use for printing per semester, costs are very affordable, I've never run out of the free allotment.

5 College Sophomore

Drug Safety: Conservative school base with high percentage of religious Jewish students.

Overall Experience: Used to go to Cuny (CSI and Brooklyn College) never again. I love the classroom size and professional attitudes of the students.

Health & Safety: Security guards at the front lobby are very serious about making sure only students or people with a valid photo ID and signature make it into building. The students are impeccably behaved.

1 College Sophomore

Greek Life: None existent. School is conservative with focus on academics.

3 College Sophomore

Diversity: Mostly Jewish, duh. Plenty of diversity though.

2 College Sophomore

Parking: I don't drive but it's Manhattan, parking in the Flatiron District is horrendous. It's so accessible to trains and buses though so why add extra pollution anyway?

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: You have to find it yourself.

4 College Sophomore

Scholarships: Just fill out the required forms and speak with the faculty of the financial aid office if you need assistance.

4 College Sophomore

Diversity: There are many organizations on campus to promote diversity and its legal implications.

4 College Sophomore

Majors: The school faculty and career services office helps to provide the students with the skills and some of the contacts that help the students create professional relationships in hopes of securing positions in different organizations.
