3 College Sophomore

Diversity: There is so many cultural walls everywhere that when you first start to talk to people it might be difficult at first o communicate and share a connection with someone but as you pass these walls you make some of the best friends of your life.

4 College Sophomore

Facilities: The historical events of the pass and memorials on campus serve great for giving thanks and learning more about the past.

1 College Sophomore

Computers: There is no reliability on the wifi networks.

1 College Sophomore

Campus Dining: There is so much room for improvement.

3 College Sophomore

Local Atmosphere: There is nothing to do at night or during the day.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: The campus housing and the experience it offers really depends on who you hang out with.

2 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: They give little to no help for off campus living.

1 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: Their is one place open late at night every night besides walmart.

4 College Sophomore

Weather: The diversity of the weather here sets up so many different events and awesome experiences.

2 College Sophomore

Nightlife: Their is nothing to do at all at night, every single night.

3 College Sophomore

Diversity: I say it's okay for a few reasons. We have diversity, but the diversity is not exactly diverse. Most of the international students are children of missionaries who are, for the most part, white.

4 College Sophomore

Academics: I can only give four stars because of the fact that often the faculty and staff are as disorganized as the students. However, the general feeling around campus is that our education is important and that what we are learning as students is valuable to our field of study.

4 College Sophomore

Athletics: Intramural sports are huge on campus. Most students are involved with them in one way or another and they are usually more popular than varsity sporting events.

College Sophomore

Drug Safety: This is a alcohol and tobacco free campus, and most students are fine with that.

College Sophomore

Nightlife: There isn't night life in Toccoa. Besides that, we are a Christian college and required to sign a covenant not to drink while attending school here.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: I love living on campus. Everything is beautiful and although some buildings are less kept up with than others, it is generally a good place to live. The housing, with a few exceptions. is at the heart of campus and everything is easy to get to.

3 College Sophomore

Parking: Parking on campus is extremely difficult. Security has a field day with assigning tickets daily and there are not clear lines/signs of where you can and cannot park.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: I don't live off campus, but I am getting married this summer and looking for housing potentially off-campus has been a difficult experience. It seems like a better option to stay off campus, especially with the type of community that is on campus.

1 College Sophomore

Greek Life: We don't have a Greek life society and it isn't very likely we will ever have one, which is fine by most students.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: There are very few places open after ten p.m. I have found it frustrating when I want to go out with my fiance and have to drive 30-40 minutes to have a nice place to eat.

2 College Sophomore

Transportation: There are no local ways of getting around if you don't have a car or have a friend who has a car. I was fortunate enough to bring mine all the way from Maine the first semester, but when it broke down I was without a car for the better part of six months and it was a humbling, trying, and extremely frustrating time.

3 College Sophomore

Local Atmosphere: Toccoa is a small town and has a very small town sort of mentality.

College Sophomore

Drug Safety: I do not have any interest in commenting on this area of college life. Sorry.

5 College Sophomore

Majors: I applied online. Choose the major I wanted - Outdoor Leadership Education... I am checking off my tasks on the admissions list... Tips for admissions processes... Follow their rules... It is the only way...

5 College Sophomore

Majors: Outdoor Leadership is and will be an exciting degree to study and finish with. I love it. The workload and curriculum are challenging. TFC's modern facilities allow students to learn at the 'head of the curve.' These multiple factors will lead to an exciting internships and job opportunities in the near future...
