Tuition & Financial Aid: The school is okay it needs a little work!

Overall Experience: I love TRCC there are few things that i wish could be different but nothings ever perfect. I would choose this school again because its within driving distance, most of the teachers are great, workload is manageable, and the want us to succeed.

Campus Resources: TRCC has the resource commons which includes the library and computer lab as well as the tutoring and learning center. The Achieve program is also located in that building. This is my favorite place on campus because here is where I go whenever I have any problems. I am apart of Achieve and I can use their computer lab to print for free such as course notes and study guides and they help me with tutoring for free. The library is a great place to go for some quiet study time and the computer lab is a great resource especially if you dont have a computer yourself.

Campus Resources: The internet is great. We can research any topic needed without having problems with locked websites like some campuses have. They have WIFI which allows students to bring their own computers to campus. printing on campus can only be done by students in the library computer lab for 10 cents a page of for free in the Achieve computer lab if you are apart of that program. For the most part I like how TRCC has set up the computer system on the main campus I wish it was cheaper to print but I understand why its expensive.

Career Services: TRCC will try and help graduates get jobs but that doesnt mean that you will get one but as long as you do well in school and keep your grades up you will gt a job yourself and wont need help. They are also very interested in keeping in touch with the alumni.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Always fill out the FAFSA even if you dont think your going to qualify because you just might. TRCC does not overcharge on tuition and other expenses which I am thankful for but it is still expensive for me. The financial aid office is usually very nice about helping with problems.

Online Courses: The online classes I have taken so far have been great. The class load has not been too much, registration was the same as my other classes, my teacher, I have had the same teacher so far, has been amazing especially if I have had problems. She was prompt in responding via email and always explained her answers. The only problem was that there was no student interaction because it was online and it was all quizzes and exams.

Academic Experience: My major is Business Management. The workload that they have in the catalog is for two years and could be accomplished but I have two small children. Classes are pretty well self explanatory and the workload, depending on the instructor, isn't overly intolerable. If you want to succeed then you need to put the time into your studys and make an effort. This college offers a main library but also a program that allows us to borrow books from colleges all over missouri which is great. Three Rivers offers a work study which allows eligible students to work 10-15 hours a week and get paid while in school that helps toward anything you need and most of the degree programs have an internship class where the student will work and sometimes get paid in a specific place for their degree.

Academic Experience: Programs offered at Three Rivers Community College ranges from teaching, Information Systems technology, Business Management, General Education, and Nursing. These are just a few of course, there are alot more degrees as well as one year certificates and short term certificates available. My Business Management degree coincides with four other certificates with only having to take one extra class outside my degree. This is the case with a few of the other degrees as well which is beneficial.

Facilities: For a Community College it offers a wide range of degrees for a student to choose from as well as having 4 year universities that offer classes on the main campus where we can earn our Bachelors degree so we don't have to move or travel a great distance. Three Rivers closely works with a select number of university's so that our classes will transfer to their program without a problem.

Campus Resources: I go to the dexter campus and have not been on the big campus at bluff but the resources at the dexter campus are great.

5 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: There's always an open computer and the internet is always fast.

Academic Flexibility: I am a young mother of two so scheduling is a big thing and I have not had any problem scheduling around my family life.

3 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: I have not had any major problems with the school. My biggest issue was I had to pay for my books because my financial aid took a long time in the verification process. Besides that I love the school!
