Off-Campus Dining: There is a great variety of restaurants and quick stop places in the Waterville area. Whether you are looking for nice sit down meal with your family when they visit or just a quick snack after practice there is ALWAYS something available. Many places are open 24 hours for those late night cravings. Being a college town, price is usually very reasonable. One of my favorite places to sit down and eat or get take out is Ming Lee's Chinese Restaurant which is just 10 minutes from the campus. Price, atmosphere, food, and the service are all spectacular!

Off-Campus Dining: Lots of Choice – There is a lot of choices of off campus dining. The prices are fairly reasonable and if you go to the right restaurants the food quality is awesome! My favorite place is Saleh Tea! It is a small tea shop on Main Street and it has the best tea and brownies I've ever had! It's a must go place in Waterville!

Off-Campus Dining: Waterville, Maine the small city where Thomas College is located offers a variety of dining options from fast food restaurants (with a dollar menu) and fancy restaurants where you are paying for what you are eating. Many restaurants offer discounts to students who can provide their student ID. A personal favorite would be Applebees's about 3 miles down the road from campus. For a small city in Maine, Waterville and Thomas College have a lot to offer to the college students.

4 College Senior

Off-Campus Dining: Both Ends of Town – Both ends of Town have a number of different types of restaurants. Places to definately try out would be Tim Hortons (open 24 hours) and Ming Lee's (Chinese Food).

2 College Senior

Off-Campus Dining: Not Much to Choose from – If you like chains, there are a handful. Most downtown places are SO expensive. Big G's is great but not a ton of variety.

There are a lot of restaurants surrounding Thomas that offer a wide variety of options to choose from. There is Chinese, fast food, Thai, pizza and sandwich shops, and a few popular local restaurants. The best part is that it is not a long drive to any of these choices, and the average meal costs between $5 and $12.

Most students go on late-night runs to get food and bring it back to campus. Some places deliver right to campus with a simple phone call. There are also some great places to celebrate birthdays and other special occasions.
