3 College Sophomore

Nightlife: Nightlife is okay, usually you can find something that night if your really looking for it. Weekends can be fun.

2 College Sophomore

Nightlife: There's a nightclub but it's pretty nasty to some. But there are plenty of restaurants to choose from and you can find something do to.

3 College Freshman

Nightlife: Honestly, I'm not very much of nightlife go-er myself; however, I have seen that there are a couple parties over the weekend. There are activities available for students who are 21 years or older and for the underage group. I find Thomas College a pleasant place because there is always a different healthy activity going on in school.

3 College Junior

Nightlife: Many Things to Do – There is a nice underage club within 10 minutes of campus. There is often $1, $2 or free movies nights a few times a month. There is a snack bar on campus that is open until 10pm. On Halloween there is a night time costume party that is fun.

4 College Freshman

Nightlife: I don't live on campus, but I am very familiar with the surrounding areas. There is basically nothing to do around here, but at Thomas, they try to put together activities every day for campus-goers to enjoy. Hey, at least they try.

The nightlife at Thomas can be labeled as quiet. During the week, students are usually studying, hanging out in their suites, or doing something in town. Parties are small and usually off campus; house parties happen all the time, but, again, they are quiet and not very big. Waterville is not a big city compared to some, but since Thomas is such a small school, it is not hard to meet new people and find something fun to do together.

The bar scene is not really popular with students, partially because there are not that many bars and nightclubs in Waterville. Champion's Fitness Club is popular with students during the middle of the week; they like to go there for music, dancing, and meeting new people. There are a few other bars where of-age students can go for a drink and to see some live entertainment like a band. The bars here are generally affordable, and some places even offer specials if you show your Thomas College student ID card. For students who are not of-age, there is always something to check out on and off campus throughout the week, such as comedians, special speakers, and activities like laser tag and Manhunt.
