Campus Strictness: Its only okay because sometimes I feel like I am in a security prison rather than a institution to study at.

Campus Strictness: Fair Enough – For underage drinking, you are fined $50, $100 in freshman dorms. Driving to endanger (in my case, having my friend sit on my car hood while driving) is $50 as well. Although these seem strict, as long as you aren't obnoxious and hold yourself together, you'll be in the clear

College Junior

Campus Strictness: I don't think the campus is very strict at all.

Campus Strictness: Resident Assistant Police – Some of our Resident Assistants (RAs) can be very strict with following the rules and making sure that there are no law-breakers on campus. Then there are those who could not care less about the Saturday night party going on. You know there is a wide range in the way different RAs act when students plan their parties based on who happens to be on duty that night.

There are not a lot of strict rules on campus, but the policies, which can be found in the Thomas College Student Handbook, are expected to be followed. There is no attendance policy in place and visitation is allowed as long as the school is notified. Probably the strictest policy is that alcohol is prohibited on campus.

Public Safety is all about creating a safe environment and helping students feel at ease when walking around campus at night or during the day. Weapons such as guns and knives are prohibited on campus. The RAs are also pretty lenient overall but also do a very good job at keeping the students safe and aware. Also, the Director of Resident Life lives on campus in case of any emergencies or other issues.
