5 College Junior

Majors: As a Christian Ministry major, I have enjoyed the classes that I am required to take, while there are some on the plan that I am not excited about taking them, I know that in the end it will be the best for me. I hope to become a young adult minister to young adult/college women. We'll see what exactly happens in my future, but I feel that I will be successful after I do graduate.

Academics: I have only taken online courses with the Kings. I have had excellent experience with the professors and such. I do wish the registrations/payment for classes and other aspects of the website were a little easier. I wish I could see the classes that I have taken, and the grades for them. I feel like their website and online system were just a little easier to navigate, but that is the only thing that I wish was better.

Transportation: This university is not a typical college campus like UCLA. It's building is housed on a large campus of buildings belonging to a church. It is a separate organization. There is a large parking lot and there is always opportunity for mass transit which stops right at the school.

Parking: Parking is plentiful. It is right there on campus. No problems, no tickets.

Academics: This school offers what I need to receive a professional license in christian ministry. Also, the professors are accessible and willing to be helpful. It is relatively close to my home (13 miles). I enjoy the interaction with other students. It's a challenging school but I'm learning a lot and benefiting greatly from the courses I've taken so far. I've excelled so far. I would recommend this university for anyone who has a heart and passion for christian ministry.

Overall Experience: Small School, Great Professors – The professors are amazing. The student body is small. I think a person who enjoys more variety would have a hard time here.

Off-Campus Dining: Ethnically Diverse – Van Nuys is a multi-ethnic community in Los Angeles County. Hence, you will find multi-ethnic dining within close radius.
