The computers are mostly Mac's and they're all state-of-the-art equipped with accessible printers as well. While the computer lab is great, sometimes the computers throughout the School are not working properly. The inconsistency should be addressed.
Most Juilliard students live on campus. Student Affairs usually has some sort of activities going on for the students...be it a holiday celebration, guest speakers on subjects that relate to entertainment careers, free food and movies. Our campus is fabulous. For dance, drama and music we pretty much have state of the art facilities to study our craft.
Health & Safety:
Juilliard is a part of Lincoln Center and security is everywhere. There is not a time that I don't feel safe and secure.
Juilliard is a pretty diverse campus on all aspects...race, religion, sexual orientation, etc.
As a freshman, students are mandated to live on campus in the dorm. My experience was not that good. Our suite was very outdated, it smelled, bathrooms/showers were in horrible condition with mold and extensive signs of where on the ceiling and floors. The students were also responsible for cleaning of the suite and bathrooms...that was like the beginning of germs being built up for the entire year. Students don't know how to clean and clean so that germs are not being spread. I hated the experience in the dorms because of the filth and condition.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
