5 College Freshman

Campus Strictness: Fisher More has strict rules for the students to follow. It helps to keep us organized and on our toes. Everyone here respects those in authority.

3 College Freshman

Athletics: We are fairly new, so we do not have actual team for sports that play other schools. We form teams and play against each other. It is a most enjoyable time and we do get our exercise, but it would be nice to have something more organized though I do like how it is now. It makes us feel more like a family.

Overall Experience: What is unique about our school is that our teachers here not only care about your grades and understanding you have about the topic they are teaching, they also care about your overall development into a young adult. They also teach us values of life and morals to live by, which is great because we need responsible young adults in the world today that are very willing to help others become successful on their journey on the Earth.

Transportation: If a student here needs to go somewhere, it is not that difficult to find someone who is willing to take them as long as they ask in advance. There is also a bus stop in walking distance. I myself have not found the need to take public transportation, but it is easy to use.

Majors: I love keeping busy with school work, especially since I live on campus. It makes everything run smoothly. I have thought of working while I go to school full time here at Fisher More, however I am glad that I did not because I would not have had enough time to complete all my school work and studying that I have had to do this semester.

College Freshman

Majors: I have not had an internship yet and to be quite honest, I have not given much thought into it.

5 College Freshman

Guys & Girls: Everyone here is so different and yet we all get along. The guys here are all gentlemen, opening doors for the ladies and respecting us. The ladies dress very modestly and fashionable. The styles of everyone here suites their personality as well as their interests.

5 College Freshman

Weather: The sky is mostly sunny. We sometimes get random thunderstorms, but it stays warm outside. I have not experienced winter here yet or the peak of summer.

5 College Freshman

Greek Life: We are now studying the Greek History as well as reading Homer's novels.

4 College Freshman

Local Atmosphere: Nearby we have a performance hall where we have watched a symphony play and ballets perform. There is a beautiful botanical garden nearby and parks with benches for picnics or other social gathering.

5 College Freshman

Facilities: There are so many different spots to study. Since our roommates have most classes, if not all classes together, it is always easy to find someone to study with. We have volleyball and soccer on the weekends.

5 College Freshman

Academics: We are always busy with school work. Although it is challenging, we have a well balance of prayer, work, and fun activities.

5 College Freshman

Academics: The teachers here challenge us to increase our knowledge and develop a curiosity for what we do not know. Our classes are to help us learn the liberal arts, so that we can think critically.

5 College Freshman

Campus Housing: We share our rooms with our own bathroom and kitchen.

College Freshman

Scholarships: Fisher More is a private college.

1 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: There are mostly Mexican restaurants in this area.

1 College Freshman

Campus Strictness: Extremely strict when it comes to dress code, cell phone usage, internet filtering, having to be in a service program, and attending religious services daily. They will contact parents, if need be.

3 College Freshman

Academics: Some of the professors are very good, but others never respond to emails, classes tend to be biased, and they often go on tangents. There is more focus on a forced spiritual life, rather than an education.

5 College Freshman

Nightlife: You can always get somebody to do something with you and yet people are very studious. It is a great balance.

5 College Freshman

Scholarships: Great scholarships! They are extremely fair when it comes to scholarships. The service program will also help pay for school.
