3 College Senior

Off-Campus Dining: Small town with a big heart.

5 College Senior

Campus Strictness: The campus is very strict but it is in place to keep a Christian atmosphere.

4 College Senior

Overall Experience: The beauty of the campus and also the generosity that constantly flows.

4 College Senior

Overall Experience: All professors are different but will help in any way possible.

4 College Senior

Diversity: Extremely diverse in background, economic, and ethnicity.

5 College Senior

Majors: The process was easy as long as you can follow directions. The most important criteria for admission is the salvation clause.

4 College Senior

Majors: I am in an internship now and it is great. The college and church have collaborated a great experience.

College Senior

Nightlife: This is a Christian college.

4 College Senior

Guys & Girls: Everyone here at this school should have one goal in which is to better themselves for the ministry they have been called.

4 College Senior

Facilities: There is always an activity to be involved in. It may be Bible study, sports, or study group but there is always something to help better yourself.

3 College Senior

Local Atmosphere: The atmosphere is safe and friendly. However, the community is rather small. There is a small outlet mall, few grocery stores, and restaurants. There are several larger cities in every direction less than an hour away.

College Senior

Campus Housing: While I believe that the campus housing is safe and very clean, I do not personally live in them. I have my own home off campus approximately an hour away. I have toured the dorms and have friends who live in them who enjoy them.

4 Recent Alumnus

Majors: They wont let just anyone in! They require you to come in with good grades, take a pre-qualifying test, ect.

4 Recent Alumnus

Majors: Most of the teachers are helpful if you are struggling.

Guys & Girls: LGBT? DO NOT ATTEND YOU WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, LITERALLY. If they later find out you are LGBT you are at high risk for being suspended or outright dismissed from the school regardless of what year you are in or what part of the semester you are in.

Single ladies? If you experience a "surprise" pregnancy while still unwed, you have limited options. One is leave quietly the second is try to hide it as long as you can and hope you can finish out what ever semester you are in. If you are found out expect to be suspended or expelled for unchristlike character. I understand holding everyone to high moral standards but to put their education at risk i find to be completely ridiculous.

Campus Dining: Pretty bland as far as flavor options. Not much in the way of vegetarian or ethnic friendly food.

4 College Sophomore

Scholarships: The BCF financial aid office is always willing to help anyone who wants to attend the school. Lack of funds often is not a problem for potential students, as the staff does whatever they can to help students find scholarships or loans that they need.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Strictness: I attend a Baptist Christian college, so it's pretty obvious that the school would have strict policies against drinking and such. Sometimes these rules are broken, but I and most other students agree with these policies and have no problem adhering to them.

4 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: I believe my personal experience with safety on campus is an exception to the rule. In the past year, a student whom I was very close to committed acts of sexual assault on campus. This situation was handled very well by the staff, the student was dismissed from the school. My school has received awards for its high safety rank in our state. Though I have seen first hand that no place is completely safe, and there will always be bad people no matter where you go, I feel like BCF is generally quite a safe place.

4 College Sophomore

Academics: I love being in the music program at my school. The professors have been a great influence on my life in this past year, they have always done their best to help me learn and do the best that I can. The music building suits the needs of the program well enough, but is a long walk from the dorms. Also, the building has extremely thin walls, which makes working and practicing difficult sometimes when others practice too loudly.

4 College Sophomore

Academics: Lots of people like to study in groups at the student center, which can be a great option sometimes, with plenty of people to keep you company and a snack shop right across the hall. Personally, I prefer to work in the library. The library has plenty of comfy chairs and tables, as well as the strongest wi-fi signal on campus.

3 College Sophomore

Guys & Girls: Our school has a nickname -- The Bridal College of Florida. The campus is full of jokes about all the love in the air, because we have so many married and engaged couples as students. Committed relationships and flirtationships are quite common as well. But there are also a bunch of singles with varying levels of contentment with that status.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: I have only ever lived on campus, but I know many who live off campus. I have heard that depending on where you go, the cost can be much better than on campus housing, but there is often a lengthy waiting list.

4 College Sophomore

Facilities: Campus activities are great, from various intramural athletic programs to music groups to special competitions between dorms.

5 College Sophomore

Facilities: I am studying music at BCF, and I would say our music program is amazing. My professors are wonderful and helpful, everyone wants to do all they can to help you succeed.
