Overall Experience: Should have gone to a real college. This school is a waste of life.

Tuition & Financial Aid: School is not worth the money and admission coordinators are fake and rude,

Academic Experience: They only care about the money

Career Services: Heather Abott is terrible to deal with. Out of all of staff she is the worst. Cursed me out on the phone when I called to ask a question, then hung up on me. Then kept calling me and hanging up. Very unprofessional.

Academic Experience: I've learned more than what I have expected. It's a lot to take in, but I'm managing.

Tuition & Financial Aid: It was expected when I saw the paperwork, however, multiple times have they uninformed me of tuition fees like, digital books or lost grants.

Student Body: There is a lot of student-to-student interaction. Over night I would see students working all night together trying to create the best product. They love each other.

Student Body: As other reviews stated, the student body here is very diverse. This is a career-oriented college, not your typical campus. Of course there are artsy creative types here, as well as some future culinary greats. Yes they can be quirky, but everyone has been very nice so far.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The cost was a bit high, but the financial aid office here went above and beyond to help me put together an aid package I could afford on my limited income. I would rate everyone there as excellent, but I have only worked with some of the staff and not everyone.

Overall Experience: Coming here was not easy for me, I am an adult returning to school after a long layoff. I also moved from New York state to come here, another thing that wasn't very easy. The school has worked with me every step of the way, getting me into class, and helping me with my other logistical problems. The staff here has been more than friendly, I really feel like they are in my corner, and want to help me complete my education.

Career Services: I will find out in three years, I said okay because everyone I have talked with says that.

Online Courses: I don't take online courses nor do I think they are available

Campus Resources: All we have is a library, student break room, and our labs. The labs and break room are open 24/7.
Students who live in student housing have work out rooms in their apt complexes, but I can't afford student housing. In addition I'm too old to share a room with another student. I rent a room in a house not far from school.

Campus Resources: Often the computers shut down and you loose your projects you have been working on for hours. We have to save intermediately and I've rendered out projects took 45 hrs. That should only take maybe 12hrs. WE NEED a separate rendering room or area. So the process doesn't slow down other computers in lab

Academic Flexibility: Classes are small the most I've had in a class is around 25. The average is about 15, so having options for a different time is not an option. Either you take the class or not.
As far as my transferred credits from my Associates in Business all of my gen-ed came over and some of my electives like communication and personal growth and transformation.

Career Services: I will have 3 portfolio classes, and I will attend portfolio shows before I graduate, but I don't have any information beyond that right now

4 College Junior

Student Body: The student body is a hard thing to pin point, its a little all over the board. When we have an student outing like going to a museum, laser tag, a baseball game, or even a talent show, no one gets involved. Either they don't have the money (its usually 5$), have to work, or just don't want to get involved. Like any art school its very diverse, and the levels of acceptance is above average. Some kids walk around with ears, tails on. At lunch there's a group that battle with foam swords and shields on the grassy campus.

Academic Experience: My major is Media Art and Animation. This major is so large, it covers everything on the traditional film side from Pre-production (Script writing, story boarding, Character design) with pencil AND on different software's. To the production side where we learn rigging models, lighting and texturing scenes, digital ink and paint, dropping in music, lip syncing, different rendering engines, and LOTS of digital programs. I'm in my 3rd year and some of the programs I have been taught are Maya 14, 3DSMax, After Effects, Toon Boom Harmony, Mudbox, Photo Shop (the painting side), Gimp, and Blender.
The workload is far, My first two years were easier, but as I get further along its extremely hard to work and still produce GOOD pieces of art/homework. WE are also offered a free account with digital-tutors, and its amazing. The facilities are available 24/7 with your ID badge. Finally as far as internships go, we have a media art studio in town that is always looking for students. Some are even paid internships.

Academic Experience: Overall, professors, curriculum, and work loads are great. I've gotten to the point were I register online myself. My schools most popular program is culinary.

Facilities: for each specific major the school has a lab, for photography they have a BIG room with large green screen, for audio they have an awesome state of art studio, I love peeking in to see who's playing (it is Nashville, so you never know). Same with video room, another large green screen, and smaller room attached with soundboard. As far as my major we have a Large animation lab with Cintiqs that every student wishes we had one at home.

Academic Flexibility: Some of the classes conflict with my work; however my manager has informed me that he is able to work around my class schedule.
