5 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: Everybody in career and financial services have worked really well through any and all obstacles life threw my way and I am forever grateful.

Academic Flexibility: It's about as good as any school would be.

3 Recent Alumnus

Academic Flexibility: My rating would be higher, except that the administration has recently made scheduling very difficult by cutting all classes to one class per subject. This is very ineffective as 200 - 300 students often need one class in a given term, and the classes can only handle a MAX of 30 students. Credit transfers were alright, except they kept dancing around whether math credits would transfer or not. I had two departments tell me yes I was clear, or no I wasn't ad needed to test in. The administration has a very strictly governed policy that if you miss three weeks of classes you are expelled, and if you miss three class sessions for one class you are dropped from the class. Regardless of personal issues, such as one needing to drive a long distance, a mental break from course loads (which will happen to most students at least once during college), or a death in the family or severe illness, you are at risk of being dropped. The teachers are, for the most part, very understanding as long as proper notifications given within a reasonable amount of time. I think they need to tiptoe around administration for these excuses however, making it difficult for both student and teacher if a teacher is trying to help a student and a student is unable to attend most classes.

Academic Flexibility: Professors are really helpful band understanding

4 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility: The instructors are very flexible but the classes are not always so easy to schedule if you work full-time outside of going to school full-time like I do.
