3 College Freshman

Facilities: I feel like there is nothing really unique about the school except for the fact that it is small so it gives you a closer relationship with your professors and makes it easier to meet people. Also everyone usually knows everyone.

Off-Campus Dining: When students on campus get hungry at night they visit the same four place Mcdonalds, Whataburger, Taco Bell, or Wal-Mart. There are not really any healthy choices and their are no discounts to students.

3 College Freshman

Computers: The library is very accessible, especially at nighttime when it is usually not a lot of students in there.
There are several other labs around campus but they are not as easy to access and must be used during the day.

Health & Safety: I feel relatively safe on campus. security patrols around and makes sure the students are safe. However it is smart to keep your dorm door locked if you are not present in it because some students have been known to steal very expensive items out of the dorms.

Local Atmosphere: The school happens to be right outside of Downtown Texas and their is a lot of great things to see downtown for example The Water Gardens, and the movie theatre. Their are other things around the school such as the mall and a couple of Wal-marts.

3 College Freshman

Nightlife: Their are several parties thrown threw the year and they are mostly thrown by the same people therefore they tend to get boring. So parties are not usually something I attend. But when I do go, we usually find someone with a license and a car that's willing to go out with us.

4 College Freshman

Academics: My original major was business administration and the school is really known for its business programs. However, my new major is in physical therapy and I am not in the classes yet but I hear nothing but great things about the courses provided for this particular major. The college also provides the hours needed for training or internships.

4 College Freshman

Academics: The professors that I have had the pleasure to meet are great. They are helpful and understanding and they want nothing but to see their students succeed. Registration process is very chaotic freshman year but sophomores, juniors, and seniors are allowed to fill out their registration information online making the process a lot easier.

Off-Campus Housing: Living off campus is actually a little cheaper than living on campus but the hassle comes when you have to find a place worth living. Their are really only houses available that are in walking distance from the school and the houses are not nice. Also, no one can afford the houses. If you were to live off of campus then must students would need to have a car and its hard to pay for a car and for rent.

Athletics: The main sports at the school are table tennis, soccer and basket ball. No one ever goes to see the table tennis matches mainly because no one truly understands them and they are not always interesting to watch. However, Texas Wesleyan has a really good team and is known for the sport. Soccer games usually have a really big turn out and the team is average. Basketball usually has a handful of people show up for the varsity games but the cheerleaders and dance teams are horrible and the songs are repetitive.

Nightlife: just drive no places near campus

1 College Sophomore

Greek Life: never heard of them at our campus

2 College Sophomore

Parking: not enough places to park alot of students have to park in neighborhoods which can be bad.

2 College Sophomore

Academics: it wouldnt be so bad if the first year some of the professors were unprofessional.

3 College Sophomore

Majors: it takes alot to get in

1 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: I don't live on campus, but I've heard students talking about it being average.

College Sophomore

Majors: I have not had an internship yet, but I do plan on getting one next year.

1 College Sophomore

Majors: I wish I would have known my major earlier. I am a year behind because I took a bunch of classes that I don't need.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: The entertaining aspect of the school is very poor, but the classes and professors are great. I love how small each class is, and how easy it is to meet up with the professors for anything.

2 College Sophomore

Campus Dining: I can eat on campus because I commute, but at the sub they sell things like chicken sandwiches and pizza.

3 College Sophomore

Guys & Girls: Most of the students here are very athletic. I hardly ever hear about any of them partying though. Every once in a while they talk about clubbing. They all dress in sporty close and it seems as their only interest are their sport.

2 College Sophomore

Greek Life: I really have no idea.
