3 College Senior

Greek Life: The university has made it hard to Greek life to grow, and has cracked down on partying as of late. There should be houses the school provides to fraternities and sororities, so that greek life can grow and prosper, and so that Texas State will be more inviting to students looking for a solid Greek Life experience

3 College Junior

Greek Life: Im not involved with greek life and I'm fine so if youre in it, its fine. If you're not it's fine.

3 College Sophomore

Greek Life: honestly i haven't even noticed them...

4 Recent Alumnus

Greek Life: I'm not in Greek life, but I do think the people involved with Greel life are snobby and only stick to hanging out with the individuals in that same group. They typically all dress the same so they have no individuality.

3 College Freshman

Greek Life: i do not participate in the greek life so i do not know

Greek life at Texas State is very active and very positive. The fraternities and sororities work hard to make a positive impact on Texas State and the San Marcos community.

You will see Greek members hanging out in the quad (centerish part of campus) doing fundraisers every day. Joining a fraternity or sorority is an excellent way to really get involved with your campus and the surrounding community. It's also a great way to make some close friends, as well as network with various employers you may be helping raise funds for.
