4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: My math teacher was amazing. Very engaging and made everything easy to understand. I left that class feeling like I knew everything I could from that course. My chemistry teacher had a slightly aggressive approach but it worked well. It was hard but he made sure everyone understood what were talking about before moving on to something new.

Academic Experience: There are a lot of course offerings that are associated with my program. I can register online pretty easy on my registration day. We have SI, Supplement Instruction, that is offered for the more difficult courses. It's an hour of studying with a student who has gone far in that particular area of study.

Academic Flexibility: There are very few classes that only have a few scheduled times. Most of them are very open and easy to work with. I had my transcripts sent in and evaluated in a very timely manner. Everything was explained in a way that made this go quick and easy.

Online Courses: Its very straight forward with links to explain how to use the system if its not familiar to you. Unless the instructer messes up a publish button its all pretty smooth.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I have paid for tuition out of pocket once and it wasn't all that bad. After that, I had an easy time getting financial aid going. The office gave me very clear directions of how to properly set everything up and provided all the right papers with dates and how to turn them in quickly.

Campus Resources: I have always had all my questions answered within the registration office, financial aid office, and in the advisory center very quickly. Sometimes they seem like silly questions they must hear a lot, but everyone is very nice and never gets inpatient or irritated.

Student Body: I haven't dealt with a lot of the student body. I have met people from the MARK and SI and they are terrific!
