5 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: SO MANY RESTAURANTS NEARBY! I highly recommend you going to those instead of eating on campus.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: There is a good amount of restaurants in Boston they can just get a little pricey.

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: You are in the middle of Boston when you attend Suffolk University, and it definitely shows. There are plenty of both chain and independently owned restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk from the dorms and you'll never get bored if you want to make a point of eating out frequently.

1 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: Unless you can afford parking you won't drive. On-Campusers are in walking distance to/fro their classes so no need to drive. Commuters take the train. An advantage of living in the city is there is a s*** ton of public transportation.

5 College Senior

Off-Campus Dining: Amazing restaurants, tons of availability, very affordable. All different types of food from bar food, to american, chinese, japanese, indian, mexican and ethiopian.

Because Suffolk is located in the North End section of Boston, students will find that they are immersed in the city's version of "Little Italy," with Italian restaurants abounding. There's a lot of cheap pizza in large portions—perfect for college students who want to pull together money for a Saturday night nosh session. All in all, a student can find anything his or her heart desires, even if some places close down early.

Despite high expenses at some restaurants (and in the city in general), a major plus to being a student is that a lot of discounts are available to students, in addition to Suffolk coeds being able to spend Ram money at certain establishments.
