Tuition & Financial Aid: I feel the tuition is high, but to me that's normal for any college what I like about my kind of tuition my school is willing to make affordable payment plans that fit my life style and don't make me drop out if I can't make a payment on time. I have a financial aid rep that helps me with the financial aid process they help it make sense and make it easy. Unfortunately I am not lucky enough to qualify for grants, but they still help me get low interest loans to help pay for my education.

Campus Resources: The resources that are provided at my school are a little different from a normal college there is no athletic center or campus aesthetics. There is how ever a library, which is not as big as a regular college there are some good resources, but I don't feel there is enough. There are some campus activities, like heath clinics, carrier day that's about it.

Campus Resources: What make Stevens-Henager College stand out is that when you first enroll with them they supply you with a computer to get you through your classes. in the building they also have a tech support team that helps you if you ever have any problems with you laptop. There is a reliable wifi connection so that you can use the internet at anytime to do school work or reserch. There is a library where they have more computers and printers if you need to ever print or make copies. They also have a torturing center so if you have any problems in any of your classes you can go there to get help.

Campus Resources: My overall review on my school is that it is a great place to get an education. I received my associates degree here, during my time at the school I loved the staff, my program and the over all environment. I feel that Stevens- Henager College has every resource in their power to help you succeed. The school is a little pricy but its well worth it I would recommend this school to anyone that is serious about finishing school in a short time but prepared for whats to come.

Campus Resources: They provide tutors that are so friendly and who just enjoy doing what they do.

Campus Resources: Everything I need is at my school. I could be here all day.

Student Body: I know that our student body consists mostly of the admin workers, but they are so awesome.

Campus Resources: My campus is not a live on campus, but everything that I could possibly need, as far as tutors, library, printing, computer use, is always available. It is a great environment.

Academic Experience: No complaints in this area. All aspects of the online environment are in tact.

Campus Resources: My major of Graphic Design qualified me to receive a MacBook to complete my online assignments. That is the main factor I chose to attend SHC!!

Academic Experience: I have no complaints about my Academic Experience at Stevens-Henager College

Campus Resources: I am an online student and I have recently had a problem with logging into my student portal. I had to go through 3 different people to get the situation resolved. I was given misleading information from my advisor, then I tried to call Tech Support only to be directed to the school's Tech Support, but the school is where I got the student portal Tech support number from. Confusing??? Yes exactly...needless to say I was/am very frustrated at this point. However, the problem is semi-resolved per the last conversation I had with the portal tech support!! So that's why I am giving such an average grade to this school.

Campus Resources: There are on campus tutors available at all times for all careers, and there is no charge for their help. There is skills day on Fridays for extra help with the knowledge you will need for your new career.

Campus Resources: You receive a laptop during your time in school. The Wifi is good at the college, I have never had any problems getting connected. Printing is free at the library. They also have computers on campus if you need to use one of theirs.

Campus Resources: Stevens-Henager has great resources...student library, on campus computers, employment resources, help with transportation and more.

5 College Junior

Campus Resources: Every student receives a laptop and help to get it set up. There are always people on campus to help with computer questions, at no cost. The school also provides wifi for all students.

Tuition & Financial Aid: At first glance, this school seems expensive, upon closer inspection you'll find a great value. Books and lab fees are included, each student has a financial counselor that sits down and walks them through the process, there is a scholarship workshop once a month, and my laptop is included in my tuition. On top of all that, it's an accelerated program and I'll have a bachelor's degree in 2 1/2 years!

Academic Flexibility: I work full time and have a family, and Stevens-Henager fits right into my schedule.

Campus Resources: One of the main things that sets this school apart is how suppportive the staff as well as fellow students are. There is a good energy in the school. All most electricity in the air. You can feel how everyone wants you to sucseed. You are more than just a number.

5 College Junior

Campus Resources: They will provide a computer a little later in my education, but until they do they make computers readily avaliable in numerous places that i am able to use at any time. I have never had a problem with the network or wireless access.

Campus Resources: The resources are amazing! The only way i will fail is if i choose to. There are so many resources and people willing to help that there is no excuse for failure.

Academic Flexibility: The school is amazing! They have done everything they can to make it easy for me to go to school and sucseed.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The school's tuition is comparable to other schools in the area, and all of the problems I have with financial aid stem from the government not the school so I can't give them a bad rating for that. The education is worth the tuition in my opinion, you are getting a lot of good education quickly so you don't have to waste your life away going to school. Sorry, I can't provide any tips for getting financial aid, I can't get any myself because my parent's make too much, but again, that's a problem with the government not my school.

Academic Experience: I am a computer science major, emphasis in computer programming. I certainly enjoy the program, but there are very few students that seem interested in programming, there are perhaps 5 - 6 students in my program with my same emphasis at the campus I attend, so sometimes it is difficult for the teachers that teach programming to get a room to teach in. Still, we have teachers that have a lot of experience and have actually worked in the field, plus they give a lot of hands-on examples, which is really nice. Also, if you don't like your teacher, you only have to worry about them for 4 weeks and then the class is over.

Academic Flexibility: It's great to have accelerated courses, but that can also mean that the courses aren't as in depth as courses at other colleges, I wish some of the more advanced classes in my program had been split up into two or even three 4 week modules, that way I could have learned more advanced features / techniques that I was wanting to learn. Scheduling classes or auditing classes that aren't in your program is pretty easy though, which is nice, if there is a class I want to take that I would not have taken in my program then I can simply audit the class, that allows me to sit in on the class and even participate and do homework if I want to, however, auditing doesn't have a grade so I don't have to do homework if I don't want to.

Many students at SHU say they would choose their college again if they had to do it all over. There's a good reason for this decision: SHC offers great education and great student incentives. Once you graduate, it's free to return to SHC and take additional classes or retake a class as a memory refresher. Also, if you have younger siblings, they can get a scholarship to attend SHC after you graduate. Stevens-Henager College has encouraging staff members, great students, and many opportunities beyond these student incentives. You can gain licensure and certification in a variety of fields and earn scholarships. This makes it one of the best colleges to attend in the Boise area.
