Campus Resources: All networks have glitches, but this is one of the most reliable I have seen. Computer labs are run as classes or tutoring and available all the time. The speed and accessability is better than my own. Students can print only in the library, but hard copies are provided by the school when needed. A laptop is indispensible, but povided for all undergraduates.

Academic Experience: My MBA program allows me to take classes I think I am deficient in as well as the set curriculum - I love working with international students. The school atmosphere is one of friendly helpfulness and continually adds resources to assist students. Basic courses are covered in exacting detail to provide solid foundations for the rest of the work. The workload in general is appropriate: it is definitely work, but not to the point of compromising my life. Job opportunities exist (I took advantage of one) and facillities are spacious.

Academic Experience: Given that all instructors do not teach the same, I believe that they all are committed to providing the best education possible for anyone who desires. They are committed to enabling students to learn the material and pass their courses. Everyone at the college will do everything in their power to help students succeed including financial aid, supplies, accomodation of circumstances, job applicability of courses, and workload. I do wish there was a PhD program.

Tuition & Financial Aid: They don't try and make sure you have all the scholarships you qualify for. I feel like a number and all they care about is the money. They value of the classes is not worth the money even tho the instructors are excellent.

Academic Experience: I'm in web development ; and I've been very excited about the clubs and "1 on 1" nature of the classes! They don't add unrelated classes to your schedule and you can test out of classes if you already have the knowledge.

Academic Flexibility: I haven't had a single problem yet, though some days seem kind of like you're being rushed out of the office. Still though, they answer all of your questions! Classes are flexible, and the teachers are friendly, REAL people instead of the stuffy fact listers that you sometimes get. :)

Career Services: I've been very impressed with Stevens Henager thus far! they're very supportive and realistic about the job market before you even sign up for your classes. They're very thorough about making sure that your education choices are right for you and are very helpful when assisting you to find a new job.

Campus Resources: There's a lot of nice things. I really like that they have free tutoring available if you need it.

Overall Experience: I have never seen a school so strongly and uniformly supportive of their students. Jobs are available; classes are flexible; community is available; tutoring is broadly available and free; the school does everything in its power to ensure student success. Attitudes are very positive, and everyone is accepted. The only ding is that administration seems a bit disorganized, but issues are promptly resolved and continually addressed.

Academic Flexibility: I have chosen this grade because I haven't had any kind of frustrations with this school. The academic flexibility is purely great because it gives you time to study and to make sure you know the material your doing without having the stressful, rushed feeling to get your work done. The classes curriculum always goes as it is exactly stated so you know what your expected of with the instructor.

Campus Resources: They have a job center location and update there available resources weekly to the students needs. They offer a computer for your use to job search. They also assist people with GED certification without paying any fees.

Campus Resources: I am currently in my first mod. The school has a very neat place. The Dinning area is very clean. The library is always accessible during my times that I'm in class. The staff at the school are very helpful and take everyone who walks into their building in consideration.

4 College Sophomore

Career Services: I didn't even sign up and they contacted me about jobs.

Campus Resources: My classes are online and it is so easy to naviagte through the web and you have many resources if you need help.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: The computer network has been great. When there has been a problem someone has always let us know and tried to give an estimated time frame of when it would be back up and running.

5 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: they are very helpful and remind you when time is coming up to renew

Career Services: Im not fully sure yet as I have not had to use them.

Student Body: Our school has a massive variety of students. One lady in my last class was in her late 50's and she wanted to learn more about technology. We have a lot of single mothers who are taking online classes because it works well with their children's schedules. We have people aging from 18-60. It matters on needs, wants, lifestyle really. SH college offers classes and degrees for a broad amount of people.

Campus Resources: I like that I can take online classes and also on campus if I want to! They offer flexibility with my fast paced life. Being able to do homework whenever I can is so much easier for me than having set times I have to be somewhere weekly.
I also like that when I am on campus, they have free parking! Most colleges ask for a parking pass.

5 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: The campus lunchroom has about 10 computer desks for students to access what they need. When you start college here, you get a laptop upon enrollment. You get to keep the laptop if you graduate. The internet connection at the school is exceptional. I didnt have to wait to browse pages in any of the classes I took on campus. I was very pleased with this!

Tuition & Financial Aid: I am learning a lot and I think the luxury of doing my studies in my pajamas is well worth the cost. I do all of my homework and live class sessions from home. They give me free online tutors (educated tutors, not students teaching students like some other college tutoring). The offer an extensive online library just for students to research different topics and papers. The financial aid process I did on location and it took 3 days of paperwork/meetings. I think every minute was worth it. They were able to get me a lot of financial aid while I am in college. College in general is worth your time. I like the luxury of doing my classwork when I can rather than having a set schedule. I am very busy and need flexibility.

5 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: Smarthinking, Sharc, tutors, financial aid, freshman club have all been useful in keeping my grades up. I currently hold a 4.0. It has not been easy but is very much worth my time.
I really like that the college doesn't charge for parking passes. I hate that most colleges charge for a parking pass and then dont offer enough parking in return. Its ridiculous.
The financial aid has saved me so much. My advisor got me all the discounts and government cuts that I could get. They even gave me a free scholarship training course to help me find more aid. I received my first scholarship for 3,000.00 a few months ago.

Many students at SHU say they would choose their college again if they had to do it all over. There's a good reason for this decision: SHC offers great education and great student incentives. Once you graduate, it's free to return to SHC and take additional classes or retake a class as a memory refresher. Also, if you have younger siblings, they can get a scholarship to attend SHC after you graduate. Stevens-Henager College has encouraging staff members, great students, and many opportunities beyond these student incentives. You can gain licensure and certification in a variety of fields and earn scholarships. This makes it one of the best colleges to attend in the Boise area.
