Tuition & Financial Aid at St. Louis College of Health Careers - Fenton: The Financial Aid department could have mentioned outside scholarship/financial aid help without me inquiring about it later.

Academic Flexibility at St. Louis College of Health Careers - Fenton: With the program I am in only day classes are offered therefore it has not been convenient at all, but you learn to adjust, they have set classes for the program I am in so there is no flexibility in classes. I have had a hard time finding a place to transfer credits.

Campus Resources at St. Louis College of Health Careers - Fenton: The computer labs are not that great half the time the computers do not work. The library is extremely small. There is only one printer so therefore half the time your running around for paper.

Campus Resources at St. Louis College of Health Careers - Fenton: The wireless access is good, as I said before the computer lab, library, and printer services are not all that great so I would defiantly be sure to have a personal computer and printer.

Career Services at St. Louis College of Health Careers - Fenton: I have not made it this far yet.

Overall Experience at St. Louis College of Health Careers - Fenton: My favorite class is A&P I loved my instructor she took the information and turned it into something that we could all understand it was amazing. The instructors are there for you anytime and I don't think most schools have that they truly care for there students and build a relationship with them. The one on one contact is great. My experience here has been amazing and that would be a major reason as to why I would choose to come here if I had to do it over again.

Student Body at St. Louis College of Health Careers - Fenton: Students have to work exceptionally hard to get to the end so I think a typical student at my school is very goal orientated, hard working, and very dedicated to being successful. The diversity is amazing you see many different cultures at school, and diversity is accepted well.

Online Courses at St. Louis College of Health Careers - Fenton: The online courses are awesome you get to do them in your own home setting and they are very good at letting you know exactly what they expect from you. Your instructors are still available to talk to should you need help in the class.

Academic Experience at St. Louis College of Health Careers - Fenton: I believe this program is not for everyone you have to be very goal orientated and know that this is what you want you have to want it as much as you want to breath but what nursing school doesn't require you to want it bad in order to succeed. The work load is heavy esp since this is a accelerated program but you learn to go with it. I have been mostly to rehab facilities for my clinical, but have been to urgent care, and a nursing home.

Academic Experience at St. Louis College of Health Careers - Fenton: My instructors are amazing, the curriculum can be a heavy load at times, but if you work hard it is not all that horrible. If you have difficulty in an area your teachers are always there to help you. You just have to be open enough to tell your teachers that you need help. There is LPN Patient care tech, and many other options available.

Facilities at St. Louis College of Health Careers - Fenton: The teachers are very caring about their students most of them go out of their way to assist you in areas that you feel you need help. The teachers are able to work with you one on one and are very individual based.

Tuition & Financial Aid at St. Louis College of Health Careers - Fenton: I believe that the education I am receiving is worth it. I believe my financial aid office could have offered some areas to look for scholarships. I would suggest going and verifying and checking in with them each semester.

Campus Resources at St. Louis College of Health Careers - St. Louis: I have never been to any other school in which all the students got along and really helped each other. Its a nice family feeling there. Contests. Work to learn program.

Online Courses at St. Louis College of Health Careers - St. Louis: Im only taking 1 online class this semester and its a bit of a joke. Its one of those "easy A" classes. Very simple.

Campus Resources at St. Louis College of Health Careers - St. Louis: I have a desktop and a laptop at home so I have only gone in there once and you can do whatever you need to.

Campus Resources at St. Louis College of Health Careers - St. Louis: I really love SLCHC. Everyone who works there is pretty awesome. I chose the Respiratory Therapy program and I need to say this: This program is VERY difficult. If you do not excel in math and science (chemistry to be more specific), you will STRUGGLE. (A LOT). This program essentially revolves around math, so if you are like me and hate math, do not pick this program. I may change programs, but I do love the school. The advisers are very helpful. You will have to take an entrance exam to see what your scores are. For Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy and Nursing you have to have high scores. I think any other program you can get into no matter what your scores are. The hardest program is the RT. This program is not for those who work and have kids. The students (including myself) who work and have kids are struggling to find time to study.

Online Courses at St. Louis College of Health Careers - St. Louis: Sometimes, I get nervous on taking online courses. But its pretty easy pnce I got the hang of it.

Academic Experience at St. Louis College of Health Careers - St. Louis: I wish the teachers were move involved with the students here, but I understand that its better to have a professional relationship with the students than personal relationship.

Student Body at St. Louis College of Health Careers - St. Louis: Mostly, my school consists of full-time students with full-time jobs or family. They are getting an education so they can seek a different career.

Academic Experience at St. Louis College of Health Careers - St. Louis: Become More Then Now – I wish the lead instrutor hire more educational people, then people that dont know as much but their life. There are alot of complaints that I have about the school, first they need to look into more financial for people that really need it. I think it is unfair that they limit it to a certain amount. Finally, they should hire people with more education.

Campus Resources at St. Louis College of Health Careers - St. Louis: Easy Campus – Nothing really, I think that the only reason I see people go to this college is because it's easy to get into.

Tuition & Financial Aid at St. Louis College of Health Careers - St. Louis: The financial aid I'm getting wasn't overall satisfy. But I figure the education that was given to me wasn't great itself. I cou dn't really get as much grant as I should of have. I'm really unsatisfy about the financial I got. I think they should give more money in grants, especially people with children.
