3 College Sophomore

Local Atmosphere: There's pretty much a Bona-bubble. Everyone grows in sync with each other

4 College Junior

Local Atmosphere: St. Bonaventure University is set beautifully on the bank of the Alleganey River. There is a great trail that goes along the river for students and locals to enjoy. The local area is committed to the school, as it is its biggest attraction. SBU is just miles from the Alleghany National Forest, Alleganey State Park, and the Kinzua Damn. Skiing is minutes away in Ellicottville, NY. There are many enjoyable restaurants in the area, as well as a quaint shopping mall. Most of the faculty live in the surrounding area, connecting it to the Bonaventure community.

2 College Junior

Local Atmosphere: My university is located in a very small town in New York. It's a gorgeous place, and there are a lot of things to do within an hour and half drive. There's a state park near by. We recently got an activities center in town with a bowling alley/ put-put/ batting cages/ an arcade/ a bar and some more stuff. We have a walmart. That's a pretty big to do when the bus is running- it's actually a thing that students go when they're bored. Other than that, we have bars.

3 College Sophomore

Local Atmosphere: We are in a very rural area which is probably why students do a lot of partying on the weekends, there isn't alot to do.

3 College Sophomore

Local Atmosphere: The school is located in between Olean and Allegany New York. Allegany is a nice small town with many community members being involved in the school. Olean is a bigger more city place, but the community is also involved with the school.
