Off-Campus Housing: Not many people live off campus, those who do just live at home because they live close to the school in the first place. But most students just live on campus. Those who do live off famous usually rent a house with other students. The houses are pretty nice and a good size but are usually about a 15-20 minute drive.

Off-Campus Housing: Even though I live off campus and attend online classes only. When my mom attended SAU years back, we lived on campus and it was very nice. I would recommend living on campus to anyone!
