Tuition & Financial Aid: I was able to speak with a financial aid officer at my school and was awarded financial aid when I was denied earlier in the semester. I was able to tell them my situation and bought the proper paper work and my financial aid was taken care of before the beginning of the next semester.

Campus Resources: I've had a positive experience at my current school Southwestern College, the best experience I've had was with my counselor. She was always encouraging and was always there to help me with any questions I've had.

Campus Resources: During the Spring and Fall of 2013 I've used the computer lab on a weekly basis. I was always able to work on a computer and going to the computer lab on Friday was a bonus because it was really quiet and peaceful.

Overall Experience: I am still a freshman student at SWC. I love how everyone is friendly and approachable. Their food is great and tasty! Professor and staff workers are helpful! I always look forward in going to school because I love it so much.

Facilities: The Campus is beautiful! Southwestern is very grassy which is great where people get to lay down and relax. It is very peaceful which I love. Not everyone is involved but I guess they really want to get out of there and transfer. I love southwestern though!

Academic Experience: As a psychology major, the counselors helped me with what courses I needed to take for my major and to transfer. They are always helpful. I plan to graduate from SWC in two years and transfer to SDSU and continue on to the master's program.

Academic Experience: Professor are friendly and helpful. They have office hours when needed help. The class registration process is alright. There are not enough classes though because the seats get filled up quickly. I think more classes should be added so students can have a variety of options that can be doable to their class schedule.

Online Courses: This semester I decided to take an online course. I have to say it was a good experience because I managed my time well and I turned in all the assignments electronically. Since it was a fast track course, there were assignments and tests due every week. I was able to get all my work and test done. Although there was not much interaction between students. But overall, online classes are manageable.

Student Body: Although I don't know the student body, they seem approachable and friendly. They encourage students to join clubs and get involved.

Career Services: I haven't been to the career center. But I was able to talk to a counselor about my educational goals and what I would like to do . The counselors are helpful and they know what they re talking about on what major you want to pursue. They helped me a lot on what courses I needed to take for Psychology since that is my major.

Campus Resources: The student center is great. People could just relax, study, or hang out if they want to. I also love southwestern's library because it is huge and spacey. It is very peaceful and I get to do my homework and study. There are a few campus activites which is good but most students are doing their own thing.

5 College Junior

Campus Resources: The computer labs are clean and they work well. I get to type any essay and print my work if I want to. It's great. The computer's work well, they are not slow.

5 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: I have a pretty good schedule as of right now. Two classes Monday and Wednesday and another two classes on Tuesday Thursday. My schedule is pretty good for me because I have so much time to study and get all of my work done. I also enrolled in an online class which is pretty time consuming but worth taking. Southwestern is a good school, I enjoy it because it is peaceful and everyone is friendly. People help me when I need help and everyone is doing their own thing.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Financial Aid helped pay for my classes which is excellent. College is really expensive and I am the kind of student who takes education seriously. There are also scholarships sitting around yet not many students apply when they should!! The people in the financial aid office are really friendly and helpful. They answer any questions that I had which is good.

Academic Flexibility: My classes I pick how I wanted them, I was able to pick a schedule that I wanted.

4 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: They help you, they give you a day to pay , and is reasonable the price and the time that they offer you.

4 College Senior

Career Services: Really helpful. Always caring for students. They answered all of my questions.
