Academic Experience: I was going for Nursing but I recently decided I want to go for Animal/Veterinary Science (Pre-Vet) which my school doesn't offer. I'll continue to take core classes and lots of science classes until I decide to transfer. The Pre-Nursing program was pretty awesome though but there it's hard to get into the actual Nursing program.

Academic Experience: There is a variety of teachers and classes. Registration was super easy, you can do it online from your portal. The workload is do-able.

Academic Experience: On the internship/job front, it's not the best for an art or liberal arts major. At my present job they want to hire students in general, but the school is so slow in approving postings that they've given up on advertising there. I think the program is good for people who want to explore a basic art curriculum at a much more affordable cost than an art school. They have some articulation agreements in place with other schools to ease the transition to a Bachelor's degree. You can also take courses at other local institutions if you need a challenge. The art studio areas are pretty nice - right on the ocean. When you graduate, you will probably be in a small class of 10 or less, so you can have a lot of personal attention.

Academic Experience: I came to this school with a lot of transfer credit. I was grateful for being able to take more advanced classes through an exchange agreement with Maine College of Art. I also took one foreign travel class for fun! There is also an honors program. My final seminar instructor was great about letting me do an honors project - I could challenge myself while completing the course requirements. The add drop period here is really short, so people can get in trouble with that. Registering or dropping unwanted courses online is very easy.

Academic Experience: Liberal Arts was awesome! I loved taking the art classes, different sciences and even French. With the culinary arts program I went to Alaska to do my extership and had a life changing time! They were always offering after school activities; helping with a live cooking show, ice sculpturing or even helping for big events in Maine like harvest on the harbor.
