3 College Senior

Facilities: SIUC is a beautiful outdoor campus. However carbondale is known to be called the "Dirty Dale". The trash on campus masks its' beauty. The students also carry a party stigma and for that are not taken as seriously in the community.

3 College Senior

Facilities: The athletic facilities are the nicest part of campus. The participation in the students attending games and participating in INtramurals on campus is lacking. the library is the most popular place and the new remodeling and additional floor is another great feature. The student center could have a better Saluki store and there is not a lot of places to buy any Saluki pride gear unlike most other colleges.

4 College Sophomore

Facilities: Besides the horrible food options, the school presents an impeccable amount of opportunity for each individual and really do strive on the success of others. The university really do try to help everyone leave more knowledgeable and successful. Most staff really do focus on pushing students to their limit so they can be better rather than not caring and sliding issues under the rug.

5 College Sophomore

Facilities: There are specific things for each individual to partake in and if not one can easily begin a group or club for it. The easy access to these activities is what makes it the best.

5 College Junior

Facilities: The music department is great! The professors are brilliant and are committed to helping the students do well as long as the student puts forth an effort. There are several large ensembles which hold concerts throughout the year and they are open to all students by audition. The school also hosts a spring festival called "Outside the Box" featuring newly composed music. During the summer, many of the students, faculty and community members take part in the music festival.
