Computers: Could be faster and way more of them. Always hogged by people rendering.

Transportation: Transportation is very convenient because of the location of the school which is near downtown LA.

Scholarships: Financial Needs Are More Than the Aid Offers – I'm not sure how I will pay for this year's tuition, because the amount of aid might be insufficient. I am applying for scholarships now because I was on the waiting list to get accepted for school, and the financial aid office recommended that i apply for scholarships.

Campus Housing: Sci- arc does not offer any on- campus housing, all students commute, or live close by.

Facilities: Well- Equipped for Architecture – Sci- Arc has all the newest machines and equipment for all facets of design. Sci-arc is a non-profit school in which the money they receive from the students is given back to the students with the newest machines and materials for students to use for their projects.

Nightlife: Not a Party School – Nightlife at SCI-Arc takes on its own meaning. Pulling all-nighters along with your fellow students is a pressure that is very much expected of everyone. There is the fun of bonding and drinking during these escapades, but the focus will always be on the work at hand. If your passionate about what your doing, its fun in its own way. There are times to go out, have fun and drink, but they're few and far apart and you'll probably be too tired when the opportunities arise.

Diversity: International Student Central – One of the best things about this school is that the students come from all sorts of geographic, cultural and financial backgrounds. It makes for some very interesting discussions.

Health & Safety: Safe, but Lock Your Stuff – Never had a problem with feeling safe. Security is patrolling campus 24/7 and there are cameras scattered about. Even so, things get stolen on too often to call it a "secure" environment. Rule of thumb is lock your stuff when your not around and you should be fine, but its a difficult habit to keep up in the everyday bustle of the design atmosphere.

Weather: Stays inside campus almost 24/7 because of constant work

Guys & Girls: People at Sci-Arc has no life once school starts. we don't sleep because of the constant torture of instructors

3 College Sophomore

Facilities: This is one of the only environments I've experienced where I can truly say that the place is ALIVE. The architecture scene inspires an open, artistic design environment that includes music and fashion and anything related.

5 College Sophomore

Drug Safety: No Time – I have seen several students enjoying a few beers, but that is about the extents of any drug or alcohol use. The students here are very seriously engaged in there educations in a very positive way.

College Sophomore

Athletics: If only there existed a team of model builders, or 3D print fabricators. Only it there were marathons of all-nighters and presentations. Were this the case, SCI-Arc would take the gold annually.
