5 College Freshman

Greek Life: Coming from someone that is involved in Greek Life, it is and will be the best decison I have ever made. Whenever you go greek you will have so many opportunitys for the community and the school to get to know you better. Most people think of going greek as "paying for your friends". Such a myth. Yes you will pay money onece you join a fraternity or sorority, but it will still be the best thing you have ever decided upon!

Drug Safety: Alcohol is used quite often at SAU, but i mean it is a college campus what college campus doesnt? Most of everyone knows how to handl the situation and the cops do not really mess with us unless they have a really good reason.

3 College Sophomore

Weather: It wasn't bad last year it was cold for a while this year but it is pretty nice now, except for the constant tornado warnings.

3 College Sophomore

Local Atmosphere: There are a few places to shop.

2 College Sophomore

Scholarships: Financial aid takes forever and the people working in the office are usually rude. You have to really work to make sure you get all of your scholarships because I have had multiple problems.

1 College Sophomore

Transportation: There is no public transportation so hopefully you know someone with a car and don't mind asking for rides.

3 College Freshman

Drug Safety: Most people enjoy drinking but if you choose not to drink at a party they don't treat you differently.

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: There is enough to not have to eat the same thing every time you go out. And if you are really tired of mexican or fast food there is a bigger city close by.

4 College Freshman

Majors: There is a relatively wide variety of majors and I love mine.

4 College Freshman

Majors: My major is continuously expanding and providing numerous opportunities.

3 College Freshman

Campus Strictness: Campus is not too strict but it depends on your RD.

4 College Freshman

Health & Safety: I don't feel scared walking across campus alone at night.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: I have no experience with off-campus housing but most people who live off campus say that they like it.

4 College Freshman

Scholarships: There are quite a few scholarship opportunities and applying was relatively easy.

4 College Freshman

Greek Life: I have heard great things about what it's like being in a sorority or fraternity.

2 College Freshman

Transportation: It's a small/average size campus in a small town. There is no public transportation. You can walk everywhere on campus but need a car to get around town.

3 College Freshman

Computers: There are plenty of places to find a computer to use. However if you have your own computer, which most people do, the wifi is often terrible.

4 College Freshman

Weather: Coming from up north where I am used to much colder, I love the weather here.

4 College Freshman

Athletics: As a student athlete myself, I find athletics fantastic. I attended every football game and enjoy hearing how our other teams are doing. I have visited our regular gym, different from the one that sports teams use to workout, and it is fantastic.

3 College Freshman

Parking: As far as I know, parking is pretty decent unless there is a football game, then you don't want to leave your spot.

3 College Freshman

Local Atmosphere: The town that my school is in is small but cute. A city with lots of things to do is close by so we can always find something to do.

4 College Freshman

Campus Housing: Living on campus is so convenient. No class is more than a five minute walk.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: The off-campus dining is focused on fast food and local restaurants such as KFC, subway (in campus area), chick-a-dilly, Flying Burger, McDonalds, Mexican restaurant, BBQ restaurant and et cetera. The cost is pretty affordable. There is a special discount in BBQ restaurant if you are student. Its considered a big meal of BBQ pork with french fries and side options.

3 College Freshman

Health & Safety: I don't think it is bad
