3 College Freshman

Campus Strictness: The strictness on campus is necessary and is helpful to keep things running smoothly and hold people accountable.

Campus Strictness: Southern is very serious about students adhering to the rules. I enjoy the rules because it made the school seem structured and I felt safer. They are very strict about curfew and attending dorm meetings.

Campus Strictness: The strictness is neither bad nor good. It all depends on the person. If you go with the intention to push limits or break the rules, you will find that Southern is strict in a negative sense. If you go with the intention to respect the rules of the school you chose to attend and for which you have been informed of said rules, you shouldn't find that the strictness of Southern is a problem or a bad thing. It is an Adventist university, so it shouldn't come as a surprise that Adventist beliefs will be upheld throughout campus. If those are not beliefs or rules you desire to abide by, don't attend the school in the first place.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Strictness: Our campus is very strict about its policies. Underage drinking, drug-use, or opposite sex in dorm rooms has never been tolerated as long as I have been enrolled at school here.

2 College Student

Campus Strictness: It's hard to even go home. They have so many rules. They force you to follow the Adventist ideas too much.
