4 College Junior

Student Body: Eldorado High School is very friendly, but not very diverse.

1 College Junior

Student Body: Most of the students are white, conservative, baptist, and straight. Not a very accepting area for diversity.

5 College Senior

Student Body: As current President of the Student Body, this is something which I especially take to heart. Our student body is comprised of a multitude of different personalities. There are the more traditional students who are recent area high school graduates, as well as a growing amount of middle-aged students looking for a career change. We also have a significant number of recruits from across the country, some even from across the world. These students are typically sports recruits. I think that it's really neat that for a small rural community college, we are so diverse. A large number of the student body is also employed and juggle multiple responsibilities. I think that our instructors here understand all of this, and are very willing to accomodate. It has been an honor meeting and interacting with all of the wonderful and interesting people whom I attend college with.

4 College Senior

Student Body: Everyone is great that I have met there. I've made alot of new friends, ones I'll remember forever, ones that will fade away. But overall, everyone is awesome at this school. Especially the english teacher :)

5 College Senior

Student Body: Some people at SIC are very driven and education motivated. Most of SIC students are easy-going and use the school as a springboard to get a feel for the murky waters of career options and further education, so they aren't too concerned about grades.
