Nightlife: The bars are very popular in Rohnert Park, but I don't see the appeal. I'm not much of a party scene person. I'm completely content with staying in or at a friends house with a good movie. But when I do want to go out for the evening, there are plenty of options.

College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: I've never ventured into living off campus. I don't know how the process works with school.

4 College Sophomore

Scholarships: My mom sets financial aid up extremely easily every school year.

5 College Sophomore

Weather: Just the perfect amount of cold weather vs warm days

4 College Sophomore

Campus Strictness: The school does the best that they can do to keep everything under control, but certain aspects are kind of out of authorities control.

5 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: Sonoma has one of the top housing facilities in California and in the nation. The buildings are beautiful, spacious, and have a welcoming community.

3 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: There is not a lot of control with non student guests, but police are always available to help out if necessary. Also, there are many different parts of campus that are pitch black at night, making it very scary to walk around those areas.

4 College Sophomore

Athletics: Sonoma has great school spirit when it comes to the sports teams we do offer. They have different rallys to get people excited for the games and to help support the teams.

4 College Sophomore

Diversity: very diverse campus and promotes that very much so!

3 College Sophomore

Weather: Always changing! Cold at 5 pm almost daily!

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: nothing too special in this city!

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: Have to start searching for housing far ahead, but lots of options and prices available.

4 College Sophomore

Greek Life: Provides you with the best of times on this campus. No special housing, girls cant even live together, or with more than 5 sisters (brothel in this county).

3 College Sophomore

Academics: Hard to get the classes you need in four years, but they are good classes over all. Lots of internship and job opportunities out of here.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Strictness: Have strict quiet hours and drug/alcohol rules.

3 College Sophomore

Nightlife: Couple of parties each weekend- from greek life to sports teams, to casual kickbacks and parties. Sober drivers and taxi services available most of the time.

4 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: Own police force on campus. Safe grounds. Easy to reach officers.

Computers: The printing can become expensive, but you can go places where it's free

3 College Freshman

Drug Safety: It's not bad, there are plenty of people who do, and you can find people who don't and still have a great time, it all depends on the crowd of people you spend time with.

4 College Freshman

Weather: It is erratic but mostly because this year there has been a drought in the area and it the seasons have been very unusual compared to a normal year.

4 College Sophomore

Transportation: I don't use campus transportation, so I don't know anything about it.

3 College Sophomore

Diversity: This is a mostly white campus, but SSU really tries to focus on accepting everyone. They embrace diversity. There have been a couple instances of outright homophobia and racism, but overall the campus is accepting.

3 College Sophomore

Local Atmosphere: There are some interesting things off campus, and the students try to host things on-campus, but it can get pretty dead if you don't have connections to parties or events. The local attitude accepts college students- except when there are parties involved. There's a lot of families and old people surrounding the campus.
