4 College Senior

Off-Campus Housing: I love my home. It's not too pricey and very comfortable.

5 College Senior

Academics: Plenty of educational opportunities available for any major

4 College Senior

Academics: I'm not sure as I am starting in the fall. I don't have an opinion yet

4 College Senior

Overall Experience: I've enjoyed the process, and am excited to start the school

4 College Senior

Diversity: I love it here, so much fun. So much diversity. yay

4 College Senior

Scholarships: Guidance counselors have been kind and very helpful

4 College Senior

Campus Strictness: It's a Christian college, so you aren't going to get away with things you would at University.

4 College Senior

Facilities: I am starting Simpson in the fall, so I don't know much about the atmosphere.

4 College Senior

Facilities: Simpson is small, so there is a lot of opportunity to make lasting friendships

4 College Senior

Local Atmosphere: Redding is a beautiful area, full of outdoor activities.

3 College Junior

Guys & Girls: There is a 3 to 1 ratio of girls to guys. Many people get into relationships and eventually get engaged. There is this thing called "Ring by Spring" which typically happens on Christian campuses.

3 College Junior

Academics: To be a nursing major at Simpson is very hard, as it would be anywhere else. What is great about the program though is they hand-pick students based on grades and essays. It is not just a lottery system. The students in the nursing program genuinely care and want to be the best they can be for future patients. The teaching staff is amazing.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: The admissions counselors were very personable and very persistent. The really care about you as an incoming student and will do anything to get you into school. They are the very reason many of the students end up going to Simpson.

3 College Junior

Campus Dining: "The Caf" is widely unliked around campus, but it is all that is offered on campus and it gets you fed and through the day.

3 College Junior

Majors: I am currently in the Nursing Program at Simpson. I did not experience many challenges. I guess students that transferred in had a harder time with credits since Simpson is a private school.

3 College Junior

Majors: The nursing program is very hard and rigorous. I enjoy it but is has a heavy work load. The curriculum is intense, but the staff is wonderful and nurses typically have many job opportunities after graduation.

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Dining: If you have more money, then yeah you have more options available to you. The student discounts aren't really worth it. I would say one of the best places to check out is The Best Little Sandwich Shop. They have over 100 different sandwich combinations. It is a little pricy but good.

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: You are not allowed to live off campus until you are a senior or you are 22 years old. There are many apartments in

Redding, and if you get a group to split the cost and live with you, it is not too bad.

College Junior

Greek Life: We do not have a Greek life at our school.

3 College Junior

Facilities: It is a small school so there is not much going on. There are annual events that are put on by out CAB and most of the student hangouts are off-campus in Redding somewhere.

3 College Junior

Facilities: There is the opportunity to get involved with student mission trips to countries all over the world

3 College Freshman

Transportation: I don't think you can take a bus to Simpson, at least not that I know of. Driving is ok, it's a little expensive if you live on the other side of town, which I do. It's easy to find if you take I5 N though. A bus would be nice if it stopped at Simpson, but I don't know if we do have one stopping there.

4 College Freshman

Athletics: I'm not sure how many students actually attend sports events. Some of my friends do, but personally, I don't. I would say a good amount watch the games, and the teamwork is pretty great. The school spirit is good, we have days where we wear the school colors all day to support the teams in a big match.

College Freshman

Greek Life: I don't know of any Greek life at Simpson. I don't even know if we have any Greek students. I guess if we did they would be treated just like every other student. There wouldn't really be any difference in them changing the social atmosphere than any other student at Simpson.

4 College Freshman

Majors: I really enjoy the Biology program at Simpson. It has great classes, with great teachers. My only complaint would be the minimal variety in the classes that Biology majors can have. Other than that it is perfect for me.
