Tuition & Financial Aid: Shelton doesn't allow student loans so if your like me and aren't eligible for financial aid and broke its not a good idea unless you get a scholarship for music, athletics or ambassador scholarship. If you get financial aid its cheap and a quality two year education for less..

Online Courses: From my experience with my one class its not for me. I only have one online class the rest are at the intuition and it sucks. The due times of the assignments are just a bad time especially since I both work and go to school everyday. If your good at teaching yourself and have a lot of time to read its a great option.

Career Services: There are some good people in the career center who will help you but there are some who are no help.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Since it is a community college the tuition is not too bad. However, there were unexpected fees that I had to pay. If you want scholarships and financial aid join lots and lots of clubs and volunteer and do community services!

3 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: Flexibility of classes are not too overwhelming but things can get pretty frustrating if you are not on a good time schedule. I haven't transferred to a 4 year college yet, so I can not give an experience if transferring credits are easy.

4 College Junior

Online Courses: I loved the online courses. Of course, you have to be very disciplined. Everything was easy to adapt to.

Campus Resources: The Computer labs are ok. There are enough computers for everyone but it's nothing to brag about. The printing cost 10cent per copy which isn't bad. The network availability and speed isn't top notch. There is wireless access. There are no personal computers or printers.

Campus Resources: Shelton State Community College is a nice school. The athletic teams are great and are always improving. The best thing about my school is the free tutoring in the SOAR Institution. The library is a great size and have a lot of reliable sources. There are a good amount of campus activities like sporting events, plays and dramas, and religious groups. The campus aesthetics is pleasing to the eye.

5 College Junior

5 College Junior

5 College Junior
