Academic Flexibility: So far, the convenience of enrolling and registering for classes has been a breeze. There is also a handy tool online that allows you to see transferrable to other colleges in the State.

Student Body: There is a diverse range of students that attend Shelton State, including the typical American student, International Students, GLBT Students and of course, religious students. I enjoy the student body as a whole, but I believe there should be a greater effort to gain more students of different nationalities.

5 College Junior

Facilities: The campus 'Soar' room is great for studying and doing homework, the best in my opinion to work!

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: Campus is beautiful...and newly remodeled atrium is neat and inviting!

5 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: Tuition is very well thought over with the eduction that you receive. Teachers are, for the most part, very informative and supportive. Classrooms are also very small, were there is more opportunity for more one-on-one time with the instructor.

3 College Sophomore

Facilities: Nothing really stands out as "unique," but I'm only a part-time evening student.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: The professor for my microbiology course is excellent. Microbiology is the only course I've taken at Shelton State so far. the material is difficult, as expected, but Dr. Rose does a great job of presenting the material in an understandable and accessible way.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: I haven't officially started the SDN program yet, but from what I've heard from other students, the quality of the program is excellent and RNs graduating from the program have very good chances of finding a job immediately.

4 College Sophomore

Career Services: So far I've only informally discussed post-graduation career and school options with the ADN program director. She has been very helpful and a good resource for career and education network contacts.
