Advice on Finding a Job/Internship
It's not what you know; it's who you know-and networking plays a major role when finding a job. Networking can get your foot in the door and off to a good start. Talking to your financial aid counselor and other departments about work-study and student employment is the basic foundation of obtaining a job. Also, be a helping hand, and let others know you are interested in finding a job or internship. Not to mention, local malls are always looking to hire students.
