Campus Dining: We are a medium size school not much vegetarian options but they try to accommodate.

Campus Dining: The campus dining is not so great, sometimes some of the food prepared are inedible . It could be upgraded.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Dining: We have the Union, King Frazier and tiger express to eat from. While there are only 3 places the variety you get from each are amazing. However as the year goes on you have to keep going to different places at different times because it can be repetitive. Each one is equidistant from each other so none are farther than the other and everything cost the same unless you decide to go above your meal plan which is where the dining dollars come in place. They are a god send. On a Thursday night when you hungry and you already used your swipes for the day they are just wonderful!

Campus Dining: Variety and value best describe the needs people and how growth is needed to create a variety in the menus and dining halls. Savannah State has the best places for opportunities. Flex plans for meal options are always great when deciding how well a person can afford the needs of the campus.

3 College Junior

Campus Dining: At the beginning of the year everyone is so excited to get back, but then once we eat the food for about a month or two we are ready for something different. The healthier options are more expensive which is ridiculous and then the Starbucks on campus is really pricy too...

Savannah State University has three dining locations: Tiger Dining Hall, Tiger Café, and the Tiger Express Diner. In August 2011, the student center was revamped to include new eateries. If you thought the Freshman 15 was a lot, let's try the Freshman 30. The dining hall at King-Frazier offers buffet-style and all-you-can-eat dining, which means you can eat all that you like during your time in the cafeteria.

Variety is not a problem, considering each day of the week provides different ethnic dishes. A common day is "All American Wednesday," best known as "Fried Chicken Day." Tiger Express is a diner setting where your food is cooked while you're there, and it's pretty efficient with time. Tiger Café is best known for when you have to go to class and want to grab a little something to eat, such as Pizza Hut, smoothies, or subs.
