4 College Freshman

3 College Freshman

Campus Dining: You'll get tired of the food rather quickly. There isn't any on-campus options. But there are a few people that deliver. Or you can go off campus if you have transportation.

4 College Freshman

Campus Dining: At Savannah State we have 3 dining options. The Student Union, King Frazier, or Tiger Express. All 3 are great and have great food! But sometimes my roommate and I will get tired of it, and that's when we'll go off campus to get fast food. Which is another great thing about Savannah State, the fast food places are literally like a 5 minute drive from our campus!

4 College Freshman

Campus Dining: Food is very healthy. We get to choose what we want. We also have many options on what we choose. We've had oyster, shrimp, breakfast all day, italian ravioli, etc.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Dining: I like my school food, but thing is although we have options, I wish the all-you-can-eat place offered food to go.

Savannah State University has three dining locations: Tiger Dining Hall, Tiger Café, and the Tiger Express Diner. In August 2011, the student center was revamped to include new eateries. If you thought the Freshman 15 was a lot, let's try the Freshman 30. The dining hall at King-Frazier offers buffet-style and all-you-can-eat dining, which means you can eat all that you like during your time in the cafeteria.

Variety is not a problem, considering each day of the week provides different ethnic dishes. A common day is "All American Wednesday," best known as "Fried Chicken Day." Tiger Express is a diner setting where your food is cooked while you're there, and it's pretty efficient with time. Tiger Café is best known for when you have to go to class and want to grab a little something to eat, such as Pizza Hut, smoothies, or subs.
