Campus Resources: The e-library is always available and they have a library in the school so I believe that they have excellent resources. Plus the instructors are usually always free for questions and have no issues answering anything you want to ask.

Campus Resources: The computer network at school sucks so bad!!! It takes forever to connect to the Internet and 9 times out of 10 it won't connect and you have to refresh the page multiply times.

3 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: I'm extremely happy they have weekend schedules for people that have other commitments during the week, like me I work full-time, but the way the externship program works sucks. They expect us to come in on Fridays for 10 weeks for 4 hours for clinical review but my job won't allow me to miss 4 hours every Friday for 10 weeks.

Tuition & Financial Aid: It was easy to do the financial aid but I just wish it was a little more clearer to me. But they got me the funds I needed for school so I'm happy with that and was able to start my education to getting my diploma in medical assisting.

4 College Senior

Academic Experience: I'm going for medical billing and coding. Its a hard subject with so many numbers...Got to work hard and do the best you can..

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: They area always trying to help students when needed.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: Small school. No athletics centers or campus activities

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: I don't have any problems with the computers at school.

Academic Flexibility: I enjoy my school. They have helped me out in a lot of financial situations. I'm 56 years old and trying to get a better education, so I can make better money. So far my grades are very good and hopefully will stay that way. I just need help with financing my education.

Tuition & Financial Aid: This school is great. The techers help you if you need it.

1 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: There is no flexibility at all at my school. It is a proprietary school and does not run like an average college. Each program has its own syllabus and classes run right in succession, every 5 or 10 week term. If someone fails a class, you have to wait for it to come around again with the class of students behind you. For example, if you fail a DMS class, you have to wait 9 months for it to run again with the new class.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The tuition for my program is insanely high for all the things we have been put through at this school. It's one thing after another. The people who run this school are running it into the ground. The financial aid department, however, is knowledgable and a big help

1 College Senior

Campus Resources: The school almost daily runs out of paper and toner in the computer labs and library. Forget about trying to print anything. The computer labs are decent, but there is only 2 and they are usually full with classes in them. The only accessible computers outside of class are the 10 that are available in the "library"

3 College Senior

Academic Experience: Again, the DMS teachers at my school are wonderful.

2 College Senior

Academic Experience: The DMS teachers are wonderful, but everything that surrounds them is awful. The curriculum changes constantly, the rules change constantly, the prereqs are always changing and everything is completely unfair to everyone else when nothing is stable and other people dont have the same rules that the class before or after them have.

1 College Senior

Student Body: The vast majority of students at my school are inner city people who are going there on Uncle Sam's dime. And due to the way the nation hands out grants and loans to anyone and everyone, regardless of tuition cost, these people end up getting thousands back in pocket money. That is the driving force that these people have to enroll in this school. The MA program boasts a 50% graduation rate because these students go for the free money, and not the education

Career Services: They Work Incredibly Hard – Our career services works amazingly hard to find jobs for graduates. They also work closely with students and do mock interviews and resume reviews. They go above and beyond to place students

2 College Senior

Campus Resources: Not Many Resources – We have a "library" which is more like just the room where everyone goes to use the computers. Other than that, we have no athletics, gym, student center or anything.

Online Courses: Complete Waste of Time – My school pushed online classes. I took two before I realized I did not HAVE to take classes online, I could take them on campus. I never took another online class again. The first two were horrible experiences. The first class, the teacher taught with his kids screaming in the background, and his classes started at 9:30 at night. It was awful. The second one was Psych and was taught by a knowledgable teacher, but she outright lied on my final and said I didn't do the assignment when clearly I did do it and there was prove that I did it and saved it and turned it in. I had to file a complaint with the school to get my grade. The workload was insane, requiring 6 different assignments every week, including a 4-6 page paper every week.

College Senior

Career Services: I am not sure how it works because I have not experienced this part of the school yet.

4 College Senior

Online Courses: Learning Aspects – I thought it was going to be hard but the 1 tearcher to 30 student ratio is good because I have time to speak with the teachers and learning is made easy in every possible way. I am able to take online classes and attend the school. The online courses are pretty easy and good when there are days I am not able to attend school physically.

5 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: Aid Availability – The financial aid office were good personal people to talk with. They informed me of all possible ways to pay for college and how my learning can also provide funding for my education. Whenever I have question their is always someone there to answer what questions I may have.

3 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: Not Very Easy – There is no flexibility as far as the times in which you can take your classes. That is one of the reasons I am applying for scholarships as I have not been able to work because there is no flexibility in the classes. The school did not take my credits from Pit as they are 10 years old, therefore I had to retake all of the my gen-ed classes which cost me more money and time.

3 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: Tuition at Sanford Brown – I was a little surprised with the cost of the Surg Tech program at Sanford Brown. The school has been very helpful in helping me get all the necessary financial aid I need to cover the cost of my education. They could be a little more diligent in processing the financial aid. Altogether not a bad experience.

Academic Flexibility: Sanford Brown Monroeville, PA – I have a very large class. At one point every single person has had an issue with financial aide. They seem to just want your money and could care less about how your actually doing. Limited resources available. I cannot wait to be done!!
