Campus Resources: When I first time came to Sanford-Brown Institute I was lackey to meet on my life way personal adviser- Mechelle Jones. She gave me advise honestly and streetlight about my availability of study. There no any outstanding sport activity for this time, but I think they gonna work on that problem pretty soon. The library did not impress me according the small size and huge amount of students in the room. Internet access and speed were great,so I did not have any problem to search any information. The most important for me the institution stuff were very friendly and helpful.

Campus Resources: Everything what I need according to use technical and computer system was in good condition, without any issues. I had easy access for printing any needed materials, including help from institute members. Network reliability and wi-fi were good and I had not any problems with internet speed.I was asked to bring personal lap top or flash card, because I needed to storing and safe some study information, what was not really convenient.

Academic Flexibility: I have not started school yet. I will be starting on December 2nd, 2013 but I am very pleased so far with the schedule that I have selected. I will be attending morning class which will allow my son to attend daycare and I will be able to work afterwards. Overall, I am pleased with the school and the ability to have flexible schedules.

Online Courses: I did not take any inline classes

Overall Experience: My overall experience at my school (Sanford Brown-Atlanta has been great my teachers are willing to help those who want to help themselves. Everybody has their own situation and experience but mine has been fair. The only problem that I have is that, the compter classroom computers are slow and the software need to be totally up date and some of the computers needs to be replace with new ones. A lot of us went the a lot to be able to attend school like myself and if Im going to be owing money for the loans I had to take out, then I expect everyyhing to be in tip top shape, up and running. A teacher should not have send out email 1-3 times a week about equipment not working. I'm just saying.

Campus Resources: The librarian is excellent and the overall library as well.

Campus Resources: Computers are really slow in the computer lab, it take about 3 minutes to configure, a hassle to get them to reboot, and the software needs to be upgraded.

Academic Experience: My instructors that I have had so far are great!

Academic Flexibility: The teachers I've had so far are great! My biggest frustration is how slow the computer are in my Computer Applications and the first week of the class the class could not log in and the computers software wasout dated and still is. It takes about 3 minutes to get logged in. A lot of us speed too much time waiting to log in and/or bouncing round trying to find a computer the works at a tolerable speed. I think for the money we are paying and a lot of is will probably be in debt for, the equipment should be in tip top shape .

Career Services: I have not had any dealings with the career services except for my interview with Ms. Washington for a class grade which was unclear and all over the place. This only my second Module and I ope that whe I get assigned to someone toward the end of me finishing my education, I don't get assigned to her.

Academic Experience: I think think the teachers in my course are glad to be there and teach but my particular good will do what ever to help you but only if they see you are trying to help yourself and you really want to succeed. I used to think bad about becoming a Medical Assistant because of 1 bad experience with another school that I attended but after doing for research I've realize that there are sooo... many different fields you can get into as a Medical Assistant and in some job settings if you are the right employee, they will teach you new things so that you will be more accessible meaning you would be able to do everything instead of just a few things.

Campus Resources: I've only been there a week. I am a good judge of character most of the time and so far, I got a good vibe from my teachers and my fellow peers.

Tuition & Financial Aid: My financial aid process was a hassle but on my part. I finally got it done and from there everything went ok.

Student Body: I just started and my class group seems to not be applying themselves as well as they should but this id the most interesting group of people I ever attended school with. After my first week of school and after not doing so well on my first test was an eye opener and a reality check. I feel that I can give some of my classmates if not all the same reality check and in courage them to do better as well. Week 2, NEW ME!!

Campus Resources: I have not yet begun school. However, I can tell you that i feel very positive about the school that I chose to attend. The staff at Sanford-Brown are very helpfull. They tell you what it is and focus on the goals that they would like you, as a student to succeed. Out of all the schools that I considered and visited, this school was the only one that focused on my goals rather than giving bad reviews about the other schools. I took a tour through the campus and I can see that they have all the equipment and the classes necessary for me to achive my goal.

Campus Resources: I start school on August 19, 2013. I havent been able to use the network yet.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I feel as though maybe it is a little more expensive than it should be, but overall its worth paying for because I am receiving not only an education but a career. The financial aid process at my school was very easy and I had no issues. The staff made it easy to talk about what worked for me as far as payments and what i could afford.

Academic Flexibility: My experience at Sanford Brown has been great I meet a lot of really good people. The reason i choose Sanford Brown was because they made me feel welcome and comfortable when i first went to visit the school. They made me feel like i was able to talk to them. My goal is to help others and in a proper way. The only negative down fall is after attending the school for several months we learned it would be closing. With that being said i had to change my hours of work but I am making it and doing good and thats all that matters!

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: I am still in the "core" classes and only learning bits and pieces of my actual field right now.

4 College Junior

Student Body: There is a variety of races represented at Sanford-Brown including white, black, latino, asian, and mixed. There are kids straight out of high school, young parents, and middle-aged second career types. Everyone is well represented here.

Academic Experience: The books for the program are tailor made and not edited well. They come with extreme errors and numerous mistakes in every textbook. I would not reccommend the books for this course. Be prepared to question the validity of the textbooks answers and discuss further with your professors and classmates. The campus is very ghetto. There is no cafeteria, and no place to store lunchboxes brought from home. The restaurant prices are steep in the surrounding area, and local day care prices are through the roof. Don't plan to eat out or have your child nearby when attending this school. Some of the professors are inexperienced, and some are exceptional. You do not know who your professors will be the following mod, and it can change at a moment's notice. Prepare to wear thermal underclothes during the winter. The dress code states no jackets, hats, or scarves may be worn on site. So, expect to get sick often, but do not miss class. If you miss more than 22% of the class allotted hours, you will be removed from the course and have to pay for however much of school you did attend.

College Sophomore

Campus Resources: This school is for the person who knows what specialty they are wanting and is there to study. This is an accelerated programs school. You must put in the time attending class and doing alot of study on your personal time. The rewards are you are not spending as much time on the program as in a full university; class sizes are small; you are given all the tools necessary to succed in your chosen profession if you put the time in and don't coast. If you are looking for a school to socialize and make that your top priority then I would look to standardized institutions.

Academic Flexibility: While I was attending to Browrad College, my biggest concern was schedule flexibility. That was the reason that made me choose Sanford-Brown over. I can work while I go to school. Their staff is so much nicer, and they are always willing to help you with anything related with financial aid, classes, etc. I am glad I founf Sanford Brown Institute.

3 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: I like that this university has three different class schedules for the working adult: 8 am, afternoon class, and 6:30pm (the class that I am in).

College Junior

Academic Experience: I haven't taken any classes from this University yet but I have heard that they are one of the best.
