My experience for my first year of college was great. I managed to go out the country during spring break with the school in a volunteer program and pledge for the professional co-ed fraternity on campus. There are a lot of clubs and a variety of people to meet.
Saint Peter's University is all about their connections! The university has a pretty good alumni network and if a student is seeking an internship or job Saint Peter's provides the network.
SPU is in Jersey City so the school is very close to New York and Hoboken. It is very easy to get food from anywhere, a variety of places deliver and the chicken shacks are usually open late night. There is also a McDonald's in Journal Square that is open 24/7.
I honestly don't know too much about off campus housing except for the apartments I looked up for rent. The prices seem decent and acceptable for college students but I cannot say from personal experience because I stayed on campus and now will be commuting.
Guys & Girls:
The way I see it SPU is just like high school except mostly everyone is of legal age and some are of drinking age. There's a lot of cliques on campus but there are a some people who just get along with everyone. I find that there are a lot of stuck up people, geeks, nice people and hard workers. SPU is filled with a lot of personalities.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
