Off-Campus Housing: It cost less but it isn't worth it. Living on campus gives you a better proximity to classes and your friends

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: The room are clean not and comfortable for a college student. The buildings are secured after ten o'clock. The key coded door is also a safe tool that keeps the room safe from unwanted guess. Along with 24 hours security guard.

Off-Campus Housing: Predominately students live on campus, are required to do so for their first three years in fact, so only seniors and those with medical/allergies or some other issue tend to live off campus.

College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: I don't live off campus and I am new to the area so I don't know where the majority of the people live off campus. However, a lot of people do live off campus when they hit junior and senior year and a lot of them are about 20-30 mins away from campus. I don't think its that hard to find and get because there are a lot of apartment buildings and houses for rent around campus.

Most students will want to move off campus either sophmore or junior year. This gives them the option to have more freedom. Not too much is going on around campus, so it's good be closer to some sort of civilization.

It's not too hard to find off-campus housing. The area around SLU is not heavily populated, and there are always places to rent. There are plenty of apartment complexes around the area. You most likely will not find anything within walking distance to campus, but there are places where a lot of students tend to stay, so it won't be too difficult to find a ride. Most of the apartments and houses in the area are cheap and not in too bad of shape. Living off campus is a must as you get older. It is also much cheaper to live off campus than on campus, everything considered.
