2 College Sophomore

Scholarships: Getting financial aid for anyone is hard, it's especially hard for a middle class family who is viewed to have 'enough money'. Yeah, maybe my parents could pay for MY college if they stopped paying THEIR bills.

It would help if the government saw that I pay for my own schooling as much as possible, live at home, and work a part time job to try and pay for the ridiculous cost of getting an education.

4 College Sophomore

Scholarships: Since I have applied before it was much easier this time around. Make sure to apply early so that if there are any issues you have time to fix them before deadlines.

2 College Freshman

Scholarships: I didn't like applying for financial aid because I didn't receive any. It seemed like a waste of time for me.

3 College Junior

Scholarships: Make sure you pay attention to deadlines! Also it is more helpful to speak to someone in person than over the phone. Scholarships can be hard to obtain, you must follow the scholarship application guidelines.

5 College Junior

Scholarships: Financial aid is the best experience. First applying for FAFSA and that is a simple step. If I was unable to have financial cover extra expenses I would apply for student loans.
