3 College Junior

Academics: Internship opportunities are plentiful because it's a small school. However, we do not count classes by credit hours. Therefore, my extra 3 hours a week in lab PER CLASS doesn't count any more than a class that doesn't have a lab. So I spend twice as many hours in class a week and it counts for nothing.

Academics: Our professors are fantastic. The registration process is horrible. The registrar isn't very helpful and they get very annoyed when you need their help to get into a class.

5 College Junior

Academics: Saint Anselm is a pretty rigorous school yet has a fairly high acceptance rate. Many people struggle with this, but this is why St. A's is such a worthwhile investment. Many professors are friendly and willing to help as well as staff members at the Academic Resource Center, but time management is key.

5 College Junior

Academics: With Saint Anselm being such a small school, departments tend to be more personal with students receiving mentoring from professors that they wouldn't at a larger school. In the Psychology Department, it is easy to get involved in research and with the department heads if desired (it is recommended).

4 College Junior

Academics: The program is very small so you know everyone. You can rely on each other because most of the time you have all the same classes.
